Greetings! Everyone who wants to lose weight, without disruption, comfortable and tasty, is welcome here.

They do not starve here, but eat balanced food, indulge themselves with snacks and grow slim without harm to the psyche!

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of58kg.

I decided to bring out the simplest weight loss formula for your convenience. This is not even a formula, but a procedure for those who are starting to lose weight.

We calculate the calorie norm - we set a 15% deficit from the norm - we strictly eat our daily deficit - we weigh food - write down in the calorie counter - drink water - add physical education, walks - take care of skin. And you will be happy!

It is difficult and lazy only at first. But if there really is a desire to lose weight and achieve results, then all laziness will go away, and 15 minutes a day for counting calories - well, this is just that, believe me

I turn to the menu.

I have sandwiches for breakfast. And again, as many as 4 pieces, what a nightmare! Are they losing weight so much?! (from).

I'm not losing weight, but I've already lost weight, and that's exactly how - most of my breakfasts are sandwiches.

And for those who are in the subject - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (70 g) with fish paste (40 g) and turkey pastroma (65 g).

Breakfast turned out by 380 kcal. My day doesn't start without a mug of green tea.

I started drinking omega-3 after a break. But with vitamins, on the contrary, I took a break while I finish drinking vitamin D.

Usually in the morning I also take out the freezer chicken, meat - what I'm going to cook for lunch or dinner. To defrost in advance.

Today I have grandiose plans for preparing a new dish that I can eat and one hundred percent should like the family. But the supply of chicken breasts has dried up. And I somehow missed it. I had to run to the store early in the morning for chicken. For one I bought fresh fruit (of course, for a promotion). Now the kiwi season is starting at a good price.

And after the store, you can already deal with working moments, which today I do not have that much. Therefore, I also managed to redo my household chores (I love doing them on Mondays - my work schedule allows me to do this).

For a snack today I have 120 g of persimmon and 90 g of kiwi - 125 kcal and plus with tea at work I ate 30 g of dates - 90 kcal.

Total for snack 215 kcal.

I had time to cook pumpkin cheese soup by lunchtime - I love it. The most important thing is that he cooks quickly - he threw in the vegetables, boiled them with a blender, added cheese and you're done. Detailed recipe in a reminder.

Lunch - cheese-pumpkin soup (420 g) with sesame seeds and smoked paprika - 370 kcal.

For dinner, I have a wonderful salad according to the recipe shared by my subscriber Julia.

Salad with chicken breast, apple, nuts and celery (200 g) - 240 kcal.

And with tea dried mango (35 g) - 90 kcal.

Total for dinner 330 kcal.

During the day, 1295 kcal came out. I observe the drinking regime and do physical education at home. But 80% of success in losing weight is nutrition.

And I also decided to see how the weight would be reduced if there were carbohydrates in the evening. Lately I've been allowing myself dried fruit with tea after dinner.

Sometimes, if during the day I do not eat a measured amount, then again in the evening I finish eating with tea. All within the framework of their KBZHU.

It is already clear, proven and tested on ourselves - we lose weight with a calorie deficit. For weight loss, it is the calories that are important, and for the well-being, the balance of the BJU. And 100 kcal from dried fruits will be the same 100 kcal in the afternoon and in the evening.

At the end of the week I will see what the result will be on the scales. No wonder that recent research suggests that it doesn't matter when you eat carbohydrates - in the afternoon or in the evening.
