Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of58kg.

Lately, I like to repeat that without trying it, you won't understand what really works and what will help you get rid of extra pounds forever.

Since my youth, I have been struggling with excess weight. I've been on diets forever. She threw off the weight, was glad and ate again. She went on a tough diet, fell off her. And the weight after such experiments on myself only grew.

There were naturally periods in my youth when the weight was kept more or less normal for a long time, but a little stress or some event in my life was not the most pleasant and I needed a diet again.

Surely, for the majority, something similar happened and is happening.

But I have broken free from the vicious circle and I want you to try to break out of it.

I suggest you try a calorie deficit and proper nutrition. There is no need to rush from one extreme to another and look for advertised healthy products on the shelves, enough choose quality products with a good composition and refuse semi-finished products, fast food and others harmfulness. But even with "harm" you can sometimes indulge yourself.

Only 15% of a calorie deficit makes it possible to lose weight without harm to health.

And I continue to slim on my 1300 kcal, a little more and I will be there.

For breakfast today I have two boiled eggs and rye bread (20 g) with fish paste (70 g). Breakfast is never complete without green tea.

Just came out for breakfast 410 kcal.

On Monday, I like to arrange a household day at home, or rather half a day. But not today. Someone apparently took a break on the New Year holidays (someone is me) and have to work now to get into the rhythm and normalize their working day.

While working, I had a snack of green tea with dates (30 g) and 15 g of cashews. It turned out to be a snack for 190 kcal.

I have been without dried fruits for so long and finally we went for them.
on Saturday to the market (there are cheaper and always a huge selection), now I will overeat them. 30 g each)).

For lunch, I quickly stewed fish in a creamy sauce and boiled potatoes.

I got lunch - 200 g of boiled potatoes and 200 g of fish in sauce - 300 kcal.

Having looked at the supplies in the refrigerator, I realized that there is absolutely no milk there. there is no my favorite cottage cheese, with which I cook a lot of dishes, there is no yogurt, on which I have been baking bread lately, there is no soft cottage cheese with which I season salads and add it as a sauce to dishes. Well, I need my bread, how can they be without a bar).

I had to go to the store for milk.

Returning home, I drank tea with jelly, which I had prepared the other day and happily forgot about them.

Jelly approximately - 30 kcal.

And for dinner I have 150 g of boiled buckwheat and 150 g of chicken breast in a creamy sauce.

It turned out to be a dinner for 365 kcal.

In just a day, I gained 1295 kcal. I follow the drinking regime without fail.

I am engaged in physical education at home. And I look forward to spring, when I can connect my bike, and summer - swimming.

I also want to remind you of the need to take care of your skin. Slow weight loss makes it possible to tighten the skin, but it is also necessary to help it in all available ways.

Today I want to share with you another sample of a product from our family. Recently, for example, I told you about dried persimmon.

Now there are small watermelons in stores. And they are in all chain stores and in Auchan, and in Pyaterochka, and in Dixie. I think in large supermarkets they are even more so.

We decided to splurge and try, especially on this day my husband dreamed of a watermelon for some reason, although in the eating season you will make him eat a slice.
