Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

Well, here is the day of judgment. Today is the control weighing, at which I fix the current weight and begin to gradually slim down further.

So, my current weight is 71.8 kg.

For now, I plan to keep 1400 kcal.

I do not want to lower it much, and so I made mistakes in my time and underestimated my calorie intake greatly (up to 1100-1200). Don't do this, don't lower your calorie intake. We need only a 15% deficit from the norm and we will lose weight deliciously and satisfyingly๐Ÿ˜‰, as well as give the skin time to tighten.

I rested for more than two months, increasing the average calorie intake from 1300 to 1450. My weight stood, although 1450 was still a deficit for me. For 2 months, the body turns out to be not quite adapted to the increased calorie intake, but the weight did not go up, which pleases.

Now let's see what happens at 1400.

And my day today started early again and again in the plans to swim in the morning and sunbathe. I think this is my last trip to the quarry, the rains promise.

In terms of food, I got a curd day today. I really wanted cottage cheese.

For breakfast, I just ate 205 g of cottage cheese with 105 g of strawberries and poured 15 g of date syrup all over it.

Went out breakfast for 335 kcal.

After breakfast I did a little work, and at 8-30 in the morning I packed up and went to the quarry on my favorite bike.

All the same, swimming very well loads and tightens the whole body - my favorite sport.

At 11 o'clock I was already at home and had a snack.

On a percussion, 200 g of strawberries and 130 g of fermented baked milk, sprinkled again with date syrup (literally 5 g) and I got it 190 kcal.

I used to like to pour sour cream over strawberries, but fatter, sprinkle with sugar. But it turns out to be delicious with low-fat yogurt or fermented baked milk and even without any sugar.

I had a bite and you can get down to business, work. It's good that it's Friday and, in principle, I don't have much to do.

Yesterday I described how I chopped up a whole bowl of okroshka. Beauty - put it on a plate and poured it with kvass or ayran. In this heat - the very thing!

Lunch okroshka (200 g) with kvass (200 g) and 20 g sour cream - 320 kcal.

I also spent the afternoon at the computer. I am sedentary ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ.

My dinner was also prepared for a few days - just warm it up.

For dinner, 200 g of stewed cauliflower and 130 g of chicken breast under a fur coat.

Dinner for 320 kcal.

Today in the evening I baked cottage cheese baskets, but instead of cherries I used strawberries - also very tasty.

And in the evening with tea I ate baskets with strawberries (130 g) - for 245 kcal.

For the whole day, 1410 kcal were obtained.

I drink a lot of water. My norm at the rate of 30 ml per 1 kilogram of weight is 2130 ml. But since the body is dehydrated in the heat, I drink a little more.

As for the regime. I drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, drink a glass before each meal, and throughout the day I drink as soon as I see a bottle of water or the urge to drink arises.
And water is also very helpful to reduce appetite. We often confuse appetite, hunger, and the need for water. If you feel hungry, you want to eat something, and itโ€™s not yet mealtime or even evening and you run out of free calories - drink water, most likely - this is the body that asks for it, and not food.
