Last night for tea I baked cheesecakes on curd dough with berry filling. Mine ate last night with tea, and I hid my portion for breakfast tonight.
Breakfast - a curd cheesecake with cherries and a half of a cheesecake with strawberries (I would have eaten 2 whole ones, but I wouldn't have gone through KBZHU then today).
230 g green tea cheesecakes - 400 kcal.

The weather is fine, not very hot and the sun is shining. I decided at 8 o'clock to go to the quarry, hoping to calmly sunbathe and possibly swim if the water is warm.
But I forgot that June 24 was declared a day off and many are resting!
At 8 o'clock in the morning all my favorite places on the beaches of the career were already busy! There are a lot of people who want to relax and swimπ.
I still found a secluded corner so that no one would interfere and sunbathe a little, I did not dare to swim, the water seemed cold.
And on the way back I was picking up a bouquet of wildflowers, already tired in the sunπ.
Here is such a beauty in my vase now:
I had a snack at home. I really wanted ham. The other day I bought a chicken ham to try it, and I dreamed about it all the way, while riding home on my bike.
Just 80 g of chicken ham with tea - 230 kcal.
After eating, I sat down to work until lunchtime.
I had everything ready for lunch, I just warmed it up and ate it.
150 g of chicken breast under a fur coat and 120 g of boiled buckwheat - it turned out lunch for 355 kcal.
And after lunch Iβm back to work. Not everyone has a rest on June 24. For example, I have a husband at work. And for me there are no days off, holidays and vacations. There is work - I work, there is no work - you can relax.
In the late afternoon, dinner had to be prepared.
The other day I bought a pita and wanted to cook it for everyone today, including myself. But after calculating approximately how many calories I would get in a pita, I gave it up.
Somehow I didn't see that 100 g pita itself contains as much as 300 kcal, and 1 piece contains 80 g. And you also need to put a filling in it - there will be just a high-calorie bomb - not for today such a tasty treat, maybe later - I'll try it as a cheat
Apparently, we need to look for pita from another manufacturer and with a different composition.
In general, it turned out very tasty, as I was told. I pan-fried chicken thigh fillets with paprika, dry garlic and basil. Then I added some ketchup. In the filling I put lettuce leaves, fried thigh, a plate of processed cheese, pickled cucumber and a tomato. Try it if you find a pita that is not as high in calories as I had.
Considering that I had zucchini with breast prepared in advance, I just warmed them up and ate them.
Dinner - 320 g zucchini stewed with chicken breast with creamy sauce and 1 thin rye loaf (10 g) - 245 kcal.
And for the evening I left myself 200 free kcal, to eat cherries while watching an evening movie.
Total for the day turned out 1405 kcal.
I do not forget to drink water, and how can you forget when the body is already accustomed to constantly receiving water and already reminds itself that it is time to quench its thirst.
Already today, before the article was published, I remembered that I had eaten a small apple last night. I donβt know, I toiled something in the evening, and drank water, but I still wanted to eat something. I decided to eat an apple, it was at most 50-60 grams.
Have you noticed? For a long time there was no heading "minute of glory". I am even surprised myself and miss the haters. Has the spring really passed and that's it, now there will be a lull until autumn? π€£
