Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
I have currently managed to get rid of57kg.

I decided to remind sometimes theses the main points for losing weight:

  • weight loss and weight gain depend on the amount of calories eaten and this is a fact,
  • to lose weight comfortably, only 15-20% of the calorie deficit is needed,
  • you need to drink clean drinking water - it will relieve you of edema, help digestion.
  • we move more - at least walks in the fresh air.

And I maintain my calorie deficit and wait for my next Friday weigh-in to evaluate the result of my labors. And in secret, most likely tomorrow another milestone will be passed).

My breakfast consisted of oatmeal with salted pink salmon (50 g), curd cheese (30 g) and 50 g of cucumber. And green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast came out on 370 kcal.

For the oatmeal, I used 1 chicken egg, 30 g dry oatmeal, 30 g yogurt, a pinch of salt and baking powder.

In the afternoon, I again went on business to our management company and went to the store for a loaf for the family.

And as usual, I did not leave with one loaf. I saw bananas for a special offer and immediately wanted to buy them, and then there were pickled cucumbers for a special offer (and this year we are with cucumbers in flight, did not make preparations for themselves, I will be corrected next summer), tangerines, finally decent-looking, and not hybrid with a taste incomprehensible. And so she left the store for a minus of 400 rubles, instead of 30 rubles.

Do you also go for bread like that?)))

For a snack today, 120 g of soft cottage cheese and 110 g of banana.

The snack turned out to be 180 kcal.

For lunch I have chicken breast fried on an electric grill without oil (145 g) and vinaigrette (170 g) with a drop of sunflower oil.

Lunch went out on 340 kcal.

Everything was ready, all that remained was to impose, fill the vinaigrette with oil and weigh. Well, warm up the breast.

And in the evening I prepared myself an incredible yummy. Although I think that such a dish is better to eat in the morning.

I don't know what to call this yummy and not an omelet, like - with cheese, cottage cheese and vegetables. In general, I don't know what to call it, I call it a casserole)

Dinner for 310 kcal. Serving weight 230 g.

Soon I will draw up a recipe for you - help with the name)). Maybe a souffle? Is very similar))

During the day with tea I ate 25 g of prunes - 60 kcal.

As a result, in a day it turned out for me 1260 kcal. I observe the drinking regime, physical education at home is present.
