But wait, don't leave once you've read about calories. They don't have to be counted forever! Don't be alarmed!
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of 58 kg.
For motivation:
In short, we talk about a calorie deficit and its role in losing weight - this is the only method, for all my numerous attempts to lose weight, which gave such a result. From which I did not fall, did not go to the next circle with a new huge weight.
I have never achieved such results before. my I have not so much ideal left and I continue to maintain my deficit.
Breakfast is oatmeal today. When there is a salted fish at home, I can't help but cook once again oatmeal with it, I really like it.
Recently, for oatmeal, I take 30g of oatmeal and milk (yogurt, sour cream - whatever is at home) and 1 egg. Filling with 20 g of curd cheese and 50 g of slightly salted chum salmon.
Breakfast turned out to be 370 kcal. Of course, green tea with jasmine for breakfast and vitamins.
The weather we have today is disgusting, it is raining, then sleet. And as for evil, I need to go to the post office on business. Whether you like it or not, you have to go. So much for physical education, in such weather I ran back and forth, and our post office is not close).
When she returned, she sat down to work.
At work, I had a snack: 110 g of kiwi and 35 g of dates - 165 kcal. And again green tea.
For lunch, beets with homemade PP mayonnaise (130 g) and soup with pink salmon (350 g) plus rye bread (10 g).
Lunch turned out to be 305 kcal.
After lunch I drank green tea with dried cranberries (30 g) - 105 kcal.
For dinner, I have fish stewed in a creamy sauce (165 g), Korean carrots (60 g) and 100 g of cherry. And I tried a piece of apple strudel (100 g) with tea.
Dinner turned out to be 355 kcal.
But there will be no photo of the dinner. Not for the first time it turns out that the photo disappears. Apparently I'm messing with the phone and the photo is not saved. Clicked twice! Well, okay... and so beautifully laid out cherry on a leaf of lettuce).
Let there be a beautiful photo of the strudel here, maybe someone will be tempted and cook it). Today I cooked it for the second time (according to the subscriber's recipe) again flew away unnoticed from the table). Instead of raisins, this time I added dried cranberries.
For the day it worked out for me 1300 kcal.
Drinking regimen and physical education at home is a must.
