Meat and soy sauce - as for me, these products are made for each other. Today we will cook a gorgeous dish - hearty, tasty, colorful, aromatic - pork in soy sauce in the oven. We will choose the meat with a layer of fat, so that as a result we have juicy and nourishing pieces.
Be sure to add some onions and aromatic sweet peppers to the dish - it will add a magical taste to the ingredients. Add soy sauce when baking, thanks to its indescribable aroma, all components will be saturated and fragrant. Believe me, all household members will immediately run to the kitchen!
Ingredients:
Pork - 300 g
Champignons - 300 g
Bulb onion - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Soy sauce - 80 ml
Salt, pepper - to taste
Spices for meat - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Description:
1. Prepare foods according to the list. Choose a thick-walled, fleshy pepper, and the meat is not frozen, but always fresh.
2. Wash all prepared champignons, peel if desired. Cut the mushrooms in half or arbitrarily, leave the small ones whole.
3. Peel the onion, rinse. Cut into quarters into rings, cubes, or whatever you prefer.
4. Wash the pork and slightly blot, cut into large segments. Choose spices for meat at your discretion.
5. Peel the bell peppers, wash, cut into strips.
6. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, turning on maximum heat. Fry all ingredients over high heat for a couple of minutes. Preheat the oven in parallel, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.
7. Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish, pour in the soy sauce, add spices and put in the oven. Bake the dish for 25-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve cooked pork with mushrooms in soy sauce with any side dish, pickles, vegetables, salads, etc.
