Good day and delicious weight loss everyone!

Today I want to complain to you about Zen.
The other day I made dumplings with cherries and sauce. And it was so delicious to me that no matter what, in the evening I tried, was in a hurry to draw up a recipe in order to share it with you as soon as possible.
I published it, and the stupid Zen algorithm limited the article to me and did not show it to you. I wrote to support and it turned out that the restriction was imposed by mistake, they apologized, but there was no sense in it. The restrictions were allegedly removed, but the recipe is still not shown. And they say everything is fine. But this is Zen - they have it so often.

My menu for today is as follows.

Breakfast - sandwiches on 445 kcal.

When you have homemade whole grain bread, you don't have to think about what to eat for breakfast, especially if you are too lazy to cook something in the morning.

I made sandwiches in a couple of minutes and ate them with tea.

Today I have 65 grams of whole grain rye bread, 65 grams of sausage cheese and 35 grams of fish pate. And, of course, green tea.

The sun was shining in the morning and I decided to take a short break from work. That was the mood to work out on the ellipse.

I noticed that if you put on headphones and turn on your favorite music, itโ€™s more fun. Do you also do sports?

I worked out before the snack time, then while resting I prepared a snack for myself.

Today I have a little bit forgotten snack for my percussion. Previously, it was often cooked, but with mayonnaise, of course. But I found a way out, kneaded a sauce that is more useful than mayonnaise. It turned out no less tasty.

Snack - 100 g of tomato with sauce and egg on 165 kcal.

For lunch, a mushroom soup was cooked at my place yesterday, so you can calmly go about your business and work a little.

Lunch - 450 g of mushroom soup with 30 g of sour cream 10% and 30 g of whole grain bread.

Happened for lunch 215 kcal.

After lunch, I poured myself green tea, took a piece of chocolate for 110 kcal and back to work.

Today is a sudden day in terms of weather, the rain is pouring, the sun is shining. I was just about to run to the store and drop in to the pharmacy when the rain fell. I had to wait it out.

So I sat and worked and looked out the window when you can quickly run to the store.

And it seems that it has become warmer outside, especially if the sun is peeping out. But now the rains are already tired.

Time passed, almost everything was redone, but I didn't know what to eat for dinner.

I wanted to make potato gratin - everyone would have eaten, but then changed my mind and left the gratin for later.

At the very last moment, when it was already necessary to cook, I examined the contents of the refrigerator and decided that I would have achma!

There is cottage cheese, there is suluguni, lavash is lying - to be achme, but fast.

Simultaneously with achma, she set to bake a fruit pie with a pear for the family, but PP! Something has drawn me to baking with a pear lately.

Dinner - lazy achma with suluguni cottage cheese - 405 kcal.

And I still tried the fruit pie on 100 kcal a little after dinner.

It's good that we had an early dinner - I was full of heart and by the time of sleep it was already easy on my stomach.

You don't have to do as I do and eat up in the evening๐Ÿ˜‚.

I try to reduce calories for dinner. Ideally, in the morning I have the most high-calorie meal, mid-afternoon and dinner are already quite light meals. But not today.

In just a day I did it 1440 kcal.

I drink 2 liters of water, not counting green tea.

To help the calorie deficit - exercise. 80% of success in losing weight is nutrition. However, if we want to have a fit figure, physical education is simply necessary and this is mainly strength exercises.

With a weight of over 100 kilograms, the best physical activity is walking. No need to torture yourself with sports, take pity on your joints, knees, blood vessels, heart. Everything is good in moderation and it is necessary to increase physical activity gradually.
