Good day and delicious weight loss to everyone!
The most affordable mushrooms are champignons. You will go to almost any store and find fresh mushrooms on the shelves.
Champignons can be eaten as an independent dish, as a side dish, and as a sauce.
Recently I was preparing, in my opinion, a versatile mushroom dish.
I ate it as a side dish for cutlets, and used it as a sauce for boiled potatoes.
The result is delicious and slightly spicy stewed mushrooms.
✅I needed the following products:
- champignons (I had frozen champignons - 400 g),
- small onion - 60 g,
- a jar of soft cottage cheese - 125 g (you can use 10% sour cream, but the fat content of the dish will be higher),
- whole grain flour (I have rice) - 5 g,
- 2 cloves of garlic - 15 g
- dill and parsley - 5 g
- salt and black pepper to taste
- olive oil - 1 tsp - 2 g
✅Cooking.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in a drop of olive oil until golden.
Then we send mushrooms to the onion.
I had frozen sliced champignons, so I just defrosted them beforehand, drained the water and added to the onions.
If you have fresh mushrooms, they need to be cut into slices.
Fry mushrooms and onions until tender - about 7-10 minutes.
Do not forget to salt and pepper to taste.
When the mushrooms are almost ready, reduce the heat to below medium so that it does not boil.
Put soft cottage cheese from a jar into the mushrooms.
And add a little flour, mix well and simmer the mushrooms in cottage cheese for 5 minutes.
At the very end, add finely chopped garlic and herbs, mix and cover with a lid.
Everything is ready! The result is fragrant mushrooms in a creamy sauce!
Bon Appetit!
