Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
I have currently managed to get rid of58kg.

Losing weight is influenced by many factors.

One of the important points is, oddly enough, sleep.

If you do not sleep enough, are constantly stressed, you do not have a regime - all this will also have a bad effect on the process of losing weight.

Many people say - I only need 5 hours to get enough sleep and I feel great. Maybe. While young, healthy and full of strength.

I would like to do everything work-home-family-rest. And there are only 24 hours in a day!

However, if there is a goal to lose weight, then you need to improve your sleep, adapt to the routine and sleep at least 8 hours.

Why? Let's figure it out.

There is a hormone called cortisol. Stress hormone. We go to bed late, get up early, sleep little - all this is stress for the body, but it does not like stress.

Cortisol rushes to the rescue of fat mass, begins to synthesize it in the abdomen and hips. Also, when the body lacks sleep, levels of peptide-1, a hormone that is designed to suppress appetite, decrease. Accordingly, the appetite grows, we overeat, the appetite grows even more and a vicious circle begins, which leads to a huge number of extra pounds.

From 11 p.m. to 2-3 a.m. we produce the hormone melatonin (a very important hormone for female beauty), which has fat burning properties and a regenerating effect.

Sleep at this time is also called the sleep of female beauty.

Be beautiful, slim and, most importantly, healthy!

And I'll move on to my menu for today.

Breakfast - favorite scrambled eggs in pita bread with cheese.

For breakfast, I needed 40 g of lavash, 45 g of cheese, 1 chicken egg and some green onions.

Green tea, vitamins, omega-3 for breakfast and I'm ready for a new day.

Breakfast came out on 330 kcal.

Saturday is the day when we have to do a lot of different things, go to various places, shops, visit my husband's parents.

Therefore, immediately after breakfast, we packed up and went to Moscow.

While my husband was solving his problems, I spent money in a clothing store. Weight goes away and some things for which size is important are no longer suitable for me, I have to update a little bit.

When my husband was released, we stopped by his parents for a couple of hours.

At a party we were fed lunch.

If a about try to calculate the calorie content of lunch, then the following comes out: stewed chicken breast 120 grams, spaghetti (50 grams, if you take a dry weight) and vegetables per 100 grams.

The approximate calorie content of lunch turns out - 370 kcal.

But we brought a chocolate cake with us as a present! I dreamed about this cake for a long time and now, passing by the cookery in which it is sold, we bought it. This is not only a calorie bomb, but also a "chocolate bomb" - this is the name of the cake (chocolate soufflé and biscuit).

I don't know how many calories a piece is in the photo and I don't even want to think about it.

After talking a little, we went on about our business.

It was late at home and I had a crumpled lunch chocolate bomb for dinner, I had 150 g of chicken ham and vegetables (130 g).

Dinner - 215 kcal.

It turned out about 915 kcal per day and plus a calorie bomb - a piece of cake.

It is impossible to calculate the total calorie content, since I do not know the calorie content of the cake.

Today I got a classic cheat mil - one meal that consumes something that is not allowed on normal days. It is mainly a high-carbohydrate product.

Cheat mil is a salvation for the psyche. Understanding that there are days when you can eat prohibited foods in any quantity makes it easier to restrict diet and food on other days.

In addition, such cheat miles have a beneficial effect on the thyroid gland and the digestive system. (Food rich in fats and carbohydrates allows the digestive system to take a break from heavy amino acids).

I also promised to show off my new home workplace - a comfortable chair in which I will now work at my laptop (I have a special stand for it).
