As well as many of you, I have gone through a whole bunch of diets. Starved for weeks, drank one water. I also lost weight with a nutritionist, after which I treated my stomach and gained even more than it was before the nutritionist. However, after each diet, the weight returned and even more than it was before the diet.

Weight will always return, no matter what super diet you lose weight, no matter what results you achieve.

❗Weight will return if you return to the nutrition that was before the diet. As soon as buns, pies, bacon, fried potatoes and, accordingly, overeating begin, all the pounds lost with such difficulty will begin to return at the speed of light.

First of all, you need to understand that harmony is nutritional control.

Only by changing your lifestyle and attitude to food can you achieve permanent results.

And you need to approach the achievement of results rationally, without harming your health.

Each of us has our own calorie requirement, which is necessary to ensure our vital functions. And only a 15-20% deficiency from it will give us the opportunity to lose weight, eating balanced, tasty, satisfying and without harm to the body.

No rigid diets gave me such a result, but only led to regular breakdowns and gaining even more weight.

I'll go to the menu.

I decided to make a cheese cake for breakfast today. But not as always on rice flour, but on oatmeal, which was ground almost into flour.

The result is a kind of cake, but very tasty. Not as fluffy and soft as on rice flour, it is a little dry, sometimes with crunchy. Perhaps, if you cook it in a frying pan of a smaller diameter, it will be fluffy, but I don't have a smaller diameter.

However, this version of a cheese cake also deserves attention.

The recipe is simple: 25 g of ground oatmeal, 30 g of sour cream 10%, 1 egg, 50 g of cheese grated on a coarse grater, a little baking powder and salt, mix and bake on both sides under a lid.

Breakfast for 400 kcal.

My breakfast is early, especially on weekdays, especially when the sun is shining.

Probably many people like this - when the weather is gloomy and you don't want to get up, and when the sun is shining - in the morning you are already on your feet early.

Now I have after breakfast (not immediately of course) - exercise on the simulator, until 10 minutes in the morning and 5 in the evening, but gradually I will increase the load. So far for me and 15 minutes a day 👍.

I had to go to the store this morning and pick up the groceries that I ordered in joint purchases. We have introduced a mandatory mask regime, but everything is still in the store - some in masks, some in gloves, some in both, and some without a mask and without gloves.

In general, it seems to me that people have relaxed. I even feel it on my own. If a month ago I was worried, monitored information, now there is no such thing. Those who were not directly affected by the pandemic began to relate to the situation easier.

At home I had a bite of rye bread (thin, 2 loaves - 5 g) and pollock roe (25 g). It turned out to be a snack for 75 kcal.

And I ate the radish that loomed before my eyes - the extra washed from the salad was left. She didn't even count the radishes.

In addition, I weighed myself 20 g of peanuts per day - 110 kcal.

For lunch, chicken broth with noodles (350 g) and boiled chicken drumstick (55 g). In addition to the soup, there was also a salad - radish, a cucumber about 50 g each and 20 g sour cream 10%.

Lunch - 395 kcal.

For dinner, I boiled buckwheat and cooked a chicken breast in a cheese-cream sauce.

Previously, my husband had a canteen at work and they were fed lunch. I didn't have to think about what my husband would eat at work. Now I have to cook more so that my husband still has enough for lunch. She even donated our old and only microwave oven so that there was a place to warm food. Salads alone will not go far, and the dining room, as I understand it, will not work at the enterprise for a long time in the current situation.

For dinner I have 130 g of boiled buckwheat and 200 g of chicken breast in a creamy sauce. And also some cherry.

It turned out to be a dinner for 365 kcal.

And I was planning an unaccounted for today in the form of an apple, but I remembered about it in time and took it into account in KBZHU - 55 kcal.

In just a day, we got 1400 kcal.

Today I ran out of the first bottle of turpentine elixir, for the full course there are 2 more bottles left. So far I don't really feel any changes and some kind of skin tightening, but it's probably too early to talk about the result.
