Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of 59 kg.

Reading your comments and responding to them, I noticed the main mistake that I made at the beginning of the journey when calculating the calorie content of the finished dish.

Rather, even 2 errors.

First of all. Many, counting, for example, the calorie content of a cottage cheese casserole, write down in their calorie counter used products, but choose from those offered by the counter, and do not look at the cbzh indicated on packaging.

If there is packaging and cbzhu - be guided by it. The difference in data can be large in both + and -. You used 5% cottage cheese where 150 kcal per 100g, and took the data from the counter - where 120 kcal per 100g. And so with all products.

SecondlyAfter writing down all the products, many calm down on this, save the recipe, or simply tick the box (for example, baking) and save the recipe.

And they forget that the same cottage cheese casserole was baked for half an hour and lost weight (moisture left), and the calorie content remained the same for the products, but at a lower weight. There is no need to put a checkmark anywhere in your counter. It is necessary to weigh the finished dish and indicate its weight.

I'll go to the menu.

For breakfast today, one boiled egg, chicken ham (100 g), rye bread (10 g), cherry (10 g) and carrot-orange muffins (45 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 375 kcal.

At breakfast, green tea, plus vitamin D and omega-3.

After breakfast I sat down to work, although there was no mood. I didn't want to do anything. Yes, and was in standby mode - a master was supposed to come to check water meters.

And I don't like to immerse myself in work when I know that now I can be distracted at any moment.

By the way, I waited for the master by 11 am. And in 15 minutes they checked 4 water meters and gave me documents.

I know from conversations that many counters change when the deadline comes, and do not check them. To be afraid that during verification they will establish a malfunction and have to pay both for verification and then for the installation of new meters.

We have checked the meters 2 times over the entire time - once in a rented apartment and today, already in our own. Both times everything went quickly, the meters were not removed, they believed at home and issued documents. And the savings compared to replacing with new ones are significant.

What do you do with the counters? Do you put new ones or do you still believe them?

I even ran straight to the management company and handed over the documents, so I didn't want to work.

I had a snack at home.

Snack - two rye bread (20 g) with curd cheese (25 g) and lightly salted pink salmon (50 g).

It turned out for a snack 260 kcal.

And after a snack, there was nowhere to go and you can't find an excuse for yourself either. I made myself work.

Lunch was already ready for me - this is a hodgepodge, which I will eat today for lunch for 3 days already. And last.

Peking cabbage solyanka with mushrooms and turkey (350 g) - 175 kcal

And with tea a couple of dates (20 g) - 50 kcal.

For dinner today I have 200 g of cottage cheese 9% with 50 g of yogurt and 15 g of dried cranberries.

I really wanted curd.

It turned out to be on 380 kcal

In total, 1240 kcal came out in a day.

Since yesterday I had as much as 1385 kcal, today I tried to cut down on the total calorie content. It turned out to be cut by 60 kcal.

And I don't forget about water. I made friends with her for a long time, although I never drank water at all, but only tea. But as she began to establish a drinking regime, she got rid of edema.
