I have been on the right diet for about two years now and have been losing weight on a calorie deficit. My result is minus 59 kg from 132 kg.

Today I will share with you a recipe for a currant pie that my subscriber Valentina told me about.

If you wish, you can make a whole cake from a pie!

✅Valentina's recipe dough ingredients:

  • rice flour 100 gr.,
  • fit parade 4 bags (put 6 bags to make it sweeter for the family),
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
  • a packet of vanilla sugar (I have vanillin),
  • 200 gr. frozen currants (I have 180 g),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 150 gr. kefir.

We mix flour, sweetener, vanillin, black currant, soda.

In a separate bowl, mix the chicken egg with kefir.

Then pour the kefir and egg into the flour mixture and mix well.

We spread the dough in a mold (I use a silicone one) with a wide diameter and preferably rectangular, so that the dough is distributed in a low layer (about 5 cm).

I don't have a rectangular shape - I used a round one with a wide diameter.

We bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

We take it out of the oven and let it cool. The cake is not high.

The cooled cake can be divided into 2 halves and smeared with cream, you get a cake.

If your shape is not rectangular, like mine, then you can cut it in portions (into triangles) and connect them together with cream - we will get a cake.

Cream.

Mix a jar of soft curd and a bag of sweetener. I used natural classic yogurt for the cream.

Grease the cake with cream and cover with the other half and grease the top and sides.

Currants are quite sour berry and for pie lovers, a sweeter tip is to replace currants with any of your favorite berries.

I will probably make such a cake in a short time, for example, with canned peaches, pouring over them with dough.
