Though the feast, I will not break the tradition and share my menu (from March 7, You remember that I publish their menus a day later).
Breakfast I have my favorite sandwiches on whole grain bread (35 g) with pastrami (110 g) and bread (5 g) with fish paste (15 g). And of course, green tea, where without it. Vitamins I do not drink, the course has ended, but the capsule of omega - 3 drunk. Omega I drink almost 2 months more and then make a break.
Just happened to breakfast 300 kcal.
A bit of work at the computer had before the holidays and apple snack on the computer (220 g) - 105 kcal.
Before dinner was a small walk in the cases and on the way back visited the store bought products to the weekends.
Work was no more and I made spaghetti for dinner (55 g dry) with tomato (80 g) and shrimp (20 g) in a creamy sauce with suluguni cheese (35 g).
Here's a yummy started 360 kcal. Not so much for dinner, so I allowed myself to afternoon green tea with chocolate (20 g) - 110 kcal.
For dinner I had cabbage with chicken and olives, stayed just for 1 meal. 400g halophytes - 260 kcal and half of tomato - 20 kcal.
Total dinner 280 kcal.
The day came in 1155 kcal. I drank normal water rate of 30 ml per one kilogram of weight.
