We make a delicious breakfast that helps to establish "internal order".
1. Watermelon - 1 medium slice (ripe sweet)
2. Flax seed - half a cup
3. Banana - 1 pc (if you need a greater detox effect, it is better without it)
4. Strawberries - a couple of berries (without it)
5. Water - half a glass
In the evening, flax seed was poured with water at room temperature. In the morning they put them in a blender container, added watermelon pulp (and if you wanted just a delicious "multi-taste" dessert, put strawberries and add a banana).
Then they added warm drinking water (you can do it without it, then push the watermelon a little so that it gives watermelon juice and the device could cope better with the task).
Whipped everything together for about a minute. Put in a cup and bon appetit, dear friends! A delicious live watermelon dessert is ready :)
