Everyone who is overweight wants to lose weight (even those who claim that they are comfortable in their souls still dream of losing weight).

I myself will soon become slimmer for 2 years on a calorie deficit and have already lost 59 kg from 132 kg.

But not everyone wants to make even the slightest effort to bring their health back to normal and lose weight.

However, there are those who are "ready to break their forehead" just to lose weight.

Apparently for a long time I did not remind you that comfortable and balanced weight loss is a 15-20% deficit of your calorie intake. Just minus 15-20% and you are full and even lose weight.

But no, there are still those who want more quickly and more, not thinking about their health.

Yes, it's up to you to choose.

But, health is one and only you are responsible for it. And I can’t walk by.

Therefore, let me briefly remind you of the consequences of lowering calorie intake:

hunger, feeling unwell and psychological state - stress of the body,
lack of necessary substances and elements,
a possible plateau (the weight will simply rise - the body survives),
problems with the reproductive system!!!, hormones, gall bladder, skin, nails, hair.

Moving on to the menu for today.

Breakfast I have pies in pita bread (50 g). One pie with green onions and 1 boiled egg, and the second pie with cottage cheese (30 g) and cheese (45 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 410 kcal.

At breakfast, as usual, I drink green tea, vitamins and omega-3s.

These pies are very tasty - a nice khustinka lavash and a lot of delicious filling. And they saturate for a long time. I do not like to advise - but I still recommend trying).

I had a snack while working at the computer.

For a snack I had 1 orange (140 g), 20 g of 75% bitter chocolate and 20 g of peanuts.

The snack came out on 270 kcal.

I ate chocolate and peanuts with tea, but I ate an orange all day.

Lunch has been ready since yesterday, so you can work peacefully until lunchtime. During the breaks, I do a little exercise with a fitness tape and plus a bar - a few minutes and I have already dispersed the stagnation.

For lunch I had chicken broth with noodles and chicken drumstick meat (400 g) - 300 kcal.

But I had to cook dinner. Today I have lazy cabbage rolls.

I'll share the recipe with you a little later, maybe someone will come in handy. Although probably every housewife has her own recipe for lazy darlings.

So, for dinner, 300 g of lazy cabbage rolls and some vegetables (about 100 g) - 260 kcal.

During the day, 1300 kcal were obtained, plus a drinking regimen and a little physical education at home.

Today I want to return to the "acquaintance" heading once again, I will call it that for now. Why dating? Because in it I introduce you to the comments. I want you to read, rejoice, laugh. Since a person wrote this on a public page, it means that he wanted as many people as possible to see his comment and, in particular, the essence of himself.
