Glad you visited my little blog. It's all about losing weight here. Here I share my experience, talk about the menu where I lose weight and share recipes.
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.
Today I want to offer you this version of information:

In the meantime, you are considering whether you need such information, I will tell you about my menu for today.
Breakfast - two sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (65 g) with cream cheese (20 g) and fish paste (40 g). Decorated with a tomato, which added juiciness to the sandwiches.
I drank green tea and omega-3s at breakfast.
Happened 330 kcal.
I forgot about my whole grain bread and did not bake it while I was indulging in breakfasts with lavash.
After breakfast, I sat down to work and only by 12 o'clock realized that I had missed my usual snack time, which is about 11 o'clock.
It seems that breakfast was of an average calorie content and the regime that I have been following for a long time should have hinted to me that it was time to have a snack. But this did not happen.
I decided that I would not snack and leave free calories for the second half of the day, because I planned to cook something new from baked goods, which means I will have to take a sample!)
And without wasting time for a snack, I worked more, thereby leaving more free time for the afternoon.
Only throughout the day at work I drank tea with dried cranberries, with which I measured 50 g in the morning - 155 kcal.
For lunch I have boiled buckwheat (120 g) and lazy cabbage rolls (200 g with gravy). I dripped a drop of hot mango sauce on the cabbage rolls and put literally 40 g of sweet pepper (left after cooking something).
Since I am a mango lover, having seen such a sauce in a store, I decided to purchase it and it doesn't matter what sugar is in the composition. The magic word mango affected me.
Lunch turned out to be 365 kcal.
And for dinner I made a quick potato soup with meatballs.
Minced meat - 50 to 50 chicken breast and lean pork.
Dinner - a plate of potato soup with meatballs (400 g) and a couple of rye bread (20 g) - 330 kcal.
And then with tea I tried a bagel with cheese on curd dough. I thought I wouldn't get it at all).
1 bagel - 115 kcal
And here's a spoiler for roguelikes, I'll try to prepare and publish a recipe early next week:
In just a day it turned out 1295 kcal.
Drinking and exercising in addition to a calorie deficit.
