Now many who are slimming or just maintain their weight are faced with the closure of fitness clubs.

In this regard, I would like to remind you of the following.

Those who count calories, are losing weight and have often visited the gym, pool or are actively involved in any kind of sports and in the current situation in the world, he was left without his usual physical activity - you need to recalculate your norm calories.

Why?

Surely, when calculating the norm, you indicated that you are actively engaged in physical education and, accordingly, your calorie intake is higher than if you did not play sports at all and lead a sedentary lifestyle.

Now, with a decrease in activity, the need for energy (calories) also decreases.

If you remain at the same rate (deficit) as before, and you gain it during the day, then most likely you will stop losing weight.

This rule always applies. If you calculated the norm, taking into account the gym, and then quit exercising in the gym, you need to recalculate the norm, indicating less physical activity.

I'll go to the menu.

My breakfast today is sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (60 g) with avocado (40 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (70 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 390 kcal.

After breakfast, I worked a little at the computer and went to the store.

I often try not to go to the store. On the one hand, there is less contact with people, who completely forget to keep their distance and sneeze at you from all sides, and on the other hand, if you don't go to the store, you save more money 😉.

And here it is again. I went for bread and green tea and left a thousand. I saw good Peking cabbage, fish paste for the stock, eggs (I always catch it as I see it, quickly end), there was a fresh leaf salad (I have long wanted to cook Caesar), I took the breast so as not to defrost stock. Then I saw that the kiwi had been brought in (vitamin C, after all) and the plum looked at me, so beautiful, appetizing and asked "take me home."

So I went for bread.

By the way, the plum is so-so, like potatoes 😂, don't take it. Although I may be so "lucky". I took 5-6 pieces well for testing.

For percussion, after the store, I had a plum (70 g and 1 more later for 60 g) and pita rolls with cottage cheese and cherries (150 g).

The snack turned out to be 330 kcal.

I did some work at the computer again and went to cook cheese soup for lunch.

While I was preparing the soup, I ate 15 g of peanuts - 80 kcal.

And I managed to do physical education.

Lunch - a plate of cheese soup (450 g) - 270 kcal.

The topic of salads has become relevant for me. Since the husband went to work, and the working canteen is not working, he has to come up with something for his lunch. While asking for salads.

Today I cut a whole bowl of salad with chicken breast, beans, vegetables - I will definitely share the recipe with you soon.

I had such a salad for dinner (250 g), filled with 30 g of sour cream 10%.

It turned out to be a dinner for 300 kcal.

In total, 1370 kcal were obtained in a day. Drinking and exercising can help you count calories.

For a long time I have not had a heading a minute of glory. Either there were copies for which the place is only at the bottom (in the lock), then it is simply not clear what is written and not funny.

But here the man-It amused. Itself has not been determined what gender it is, but it develops the skills of a sofa detective. Are we doing everything here after gastric resection and on hormonal ones? 😂

But here at least the appeal - madam, pleases)).
