Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

Today I want to touch on the topic of health and, by my example, show that being overweight - burdens us with a bunch sores that we don't notice at first, but they accumulate like a snowball and eventually sweep away us.

Sometimes people ask me if losing weight helped me get rid of any health problems. It certainly helped!

Today I want to tell you about one of the main problems that went away with being overweight.

I am not a doctor, so I try to describe everything in simple language, as I understand myself.

For more than 10 years I suffered from the problem of rapid heartbeat, chest pains, high blood pressure. As a result of heart problems - increased sweating, shortness of breath and others.

And in my then 20-odd years, the doctor prescribed pills (I will not name them), which should maintain a normal pulse and slightly lower the pressure.

The pills had to be taken every day. But no one warned me that they are terribly addictive and cannot be canceled simply by taking and stopping drinking.

I drank pills for a long time and they really helped me to control my pulse, lower my blood pressure. But it happened, of course, hypertension cleared up with pills. And if you forgot to drink, it became bad.

Having dropped about 30 kg of excess weight, I began to notice that high blood pressure no longer bothers me, and the pulse became even lower than it should be.

Shortness of breath gradually disappeared and I could go up to the 2nd floor without breathlessness (although earlier it was a problem). The increased sweating was imperceptibly gone.

After consulting with the doctor, I began to reduce the dosage of the drug gradually, since it cannot be canceled immediately. It takes several months and a gradual reduction in dosage in several stages.

And now for more than six months I don't take any medicine at all. Pressure is normal, pulse is normal, no shortness of breath, no sweating, no pain in the chest area, no angina pectoris.

To a greater extent, the beginning heart problems gave me a kick to reconsider my diet and find a way to get rid of excess weight once and for all in a rational way, and not by trial and error on incomprehensible diets that destroy the digestive tract and the body in the whole.

Maybe my little story will help someone to motivate themselves and start their journey.

I'll move on to the menu for today.

For breakfast I made myself scrambled eggs in pita bread with cheese and green onions - this is a very tasty and hearty breakfast, which turned out just for 345 kcal.

I used 30 g of lavash, 50 g of cheese, a couple of green onion arrows and 1 chicken egg.

After breakfast, I worked a little at the computer, refreshed the apartment by cleaning and disinfection, and aired it. In general, an ordinary day for an ordinary person who is now at home.

After I finished all the chores, I had a snack with an apple (130 g) and a kiwi (65 g).

Out on a snack 95 kcal.

I thought to cook today, you know what? Spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce. I wanted something fragrant and with a composition that I understand, and not purchased. I have not eaten purchased ketchup for a long time, I have replaced it with tomato paste in my dishes.

Durum wheat spaghetti and tomato sauce are the perfect combination, one might say classic Italian cuisine.

We are certainly not in Italy, but you can try to improvise!

I must say right away that I really liked the result - the spaghetti with sauce for lunch was "belissimo" 😉. I'll tell you the recipe soon.

My lunch is spaghetti (55 g dry weight) with 80 g of tomato sauce and 25 g of semi-hard cheese.

Lunch at 305 kcal.

After lunch I went to work at the computer and took green tea and 20 g of dark chocolate with me - 110 kcal.

And for dinner I had boiled buckwheat (100 g, boiled weight), 150 g of chicken cutlets with cottage cheese and 80 g of sauce, which I prepared for lunch. With buckwheat, this sauce is also very tasty!

Dinner turned out to be 370 kcal.

Later, while watching an evening movie, I ate 20 g of peanuts - 130 kcal.

And in a day I got 1360 kcal. B - 86, F - 59, U - 124.

To help the calorie deficit - a drinking regimen (30 ml of water per kilogram of weight) and physical education at home.
