Pie "Lazy" or otherwise I call it "duty" recipe to feed the guests so that they were delighted. It is prepared simply, quickly, it turns out a lot of juicy filling and little dough. I specifically buy puff pastry proc and put it in the freezer, and when needed I take it out and cook it.

Recipe:
puff pastry - 200g
mushrooms - 200-300g
onion -1pc
salt - to taste
black pepper - to taste
processed cheese -100g
hard cheese -150g
COOKING METHOD
And so, first we will deal with the filling. Cut the onion into cubes, cut fresh mushrooms 300 grams into cubes. We take a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, put onions and fry until translucent, add mushrooms and fry until evaporation of liquid, now add salt to taste and black pepper and add melted cheese 100g, you can take mushroom, I take creamy. Remove from heat as the cheese melts.
Now let the filling cool down a little.
We take puff pastry, I take yeast dough, I have 2 plates weighing 200 grams each in a pack, I take 1 layer of dough and roll it into a rectangle.
We make curbs. Now put the mushroom filling, distribute it evenly.
I rub 150 grams of cheese to taste on a coarse grater, sprinkle on the pie.
Grease the edge with an egg if desired.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or navigate in your oven. We take out the finished pie and cut it into portions.
Juicy, tender and very tasty, I recommend it.
