Pie "Lazy" or otherwise I call it "duty" recipe to feed the guests so that they were delighted. It is prepared simply, quickly, it turns out a lot of juicy filling and little dough. I specifically buy puff pastry proc and put it in the freezer, and when needed I take it out and cook it.

Recipe:

puff pastry - 200g

mushrooms - 200-300g

onion -1pc

salt - to taste

black pepper - to taste

processed cheese -100g

hard cheese -150g

COOKING METHOD

And so, first we will deal with the filling. Cut the onion into cubes, cut fresh mushrooms 300 grams into cubes. I rub 150 grams of cheese to taste on a coarse grater, sprinkle on the pie.

Grease the edge with an egg if desired.

We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or navigate in your oven. We take out the finished pie and cut it into portions.
