My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with an increase of 172 cm), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.

Rubric myths and truths about weight loss and excess weight:

I would like to remind you for the umpteenth time that in order to lose weight, you need a calorie deficit (we must spend more energy than we consume with food). At the same time, you do not need to set yourself 1200 kcal or less and suffer from hunger. Only a 15-20% calorie deficit (from the norm) allows us to lose weight without harm to our health, and this is the most important thing!

Turn to the menu for the day.

For breakfast today I have oatmeal with curd cheese (30 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (70 g). It would still be nice to put lettuce leaves or even Peking cabbage, but alas, no one brought them to my refrigerator😂.

For oatmeal, I needed 30 g of dry oatmeal, 1 egg, 30 g of sour cream, a pinch of salt and soda.

Breakfast - 410 kcal.

After breakfast I did some work, then set aside time for household chores. With the holidays, everything has shifted for me. Usually my Monday afternoon.

After all the household chores, she had a bite and sat down to work again.

For a snack - cucumber (100 g) with curd cheese (15 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (30 g) - 100 kcal.

Lunch - boiled potatoes (180 g), baked pollock in yogurt (150 g) - all this remained from yesterday and I just had to warm it up. And vegetables: pepper and cucumber (total weight 100 g).

Lunch went out on 320 kcal.

After lunch, I did some work and then put some lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in the oven.

There was no time to tinker with them on the stove, do the filling, make sure that it does not boil away and I just blinded cabbage rolls, smeared 10% sour cream, I poured some water into a baking dish and sent it to the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes and forgot about them, going to work for notebook.

Since I have an appointment for a haircut today (I decided to update a little for my birthday), I just turned off the cabbage rolls after 30 minutes and left them in the oven, they were still lukewarm for dinner.

And this is a slightly updated me "ala naturel" and my favorite background flowers.

And for dinner I have 300 g of lazy cabbage rolls baked with sour cream 10% - 240 kcal.

Later, I drank green tea with 40 g of dates and tasted a piece of cheese I bought today (25 g) - 200 kcal.

So everyone wanted cheese in the evening and I did not lag behind, especially since I allowed it).

In total, 1270 kcal were obtained in a day.

I definitely drink water (my norm is about 2 liters of water) and exercise at home.
