It was the counting of calories and the balance of the BJU that helped me achieve the results I had never dreamed of. To lose weight at least up to 100 kg, I thought. But now 69 kg, and I want an even better result, not everything is perfect, not everything I would like

I am certainly amazed at the people. In the photo in jeans in previous articles, we saw the skin! Leather, Karl, in jeans! What kind of obsession do people have? I'm shocked. The fact that I am under 70 kg and still a lot of fat, which really does not want to leave places that are problematic for women, is generally beyond the boundaries of understanding among people. Even in a dream, do they see excess skin and wake up in cold sweat? Maybe when I was 132 kg - it was all leather too? πŸ™ˆ

Nobody says that in a couple of months, having lost weight from 100 or more kilograms, everything will be like on a drum, but when you see your belly, wail - oh my God, she does not have a flat belly, so the skin is hanging! 😲🀣 Well, you need to be more adequate somehow.

I haven’t signed up for a bikini contest, I’m not going to a bikini contest, and I’ve never stated that I have no skin problems, but on the contrary, I constantly tell how I fight them. And I still struggle not only with fat on the sides, but also help the skin to tighten.

If I wanted to hide my skin problems, you wouldn't see a lot of photos.

How convenient it is to run a channel about losing weight, to tell how cool you lost 20 kilograms in a month, but not to post a single photo of yourself. It seems that there is a person who is losing weight, but it seems not. Few of them? Yes, complete.

Our mini vacation is over and I hope I will have everything much better with the menu than on vacation, when we were rarely at home and even had to eat fast food.

For breakfast I made myself oatmeal with curd cheese and cold smoked pink salmon. I got breakfast for 360 kcal.

My everyday life at the computer begins. After an early breakfast I went to work. At work and had a snack.

For a snack, 200 g yogurt, 140 g peach and 10 g date syrup to sweeten the yogurt.

The snack is higher by 205 kcal.

Yesterday I cooked stuffed peppers and it turned out to be a very tasty sauce based on tomatoes in its own juice. Moreover, it turned out a lot of sauce. And today I decided to take 350 g of sauce as a basis, add 45 g (dry weight) of noodles for lagman and a small pickled cucumber to it. And it turned out to be a wonderful noodle soup. Very tasty! This idea was once submitted to me by a subscriber Natalya - thanks to her.

For about lunch it turned out 265 kcal. Why about? Because it is quite difficult to calculate separately KBZHU sauce.

After lunch, green tea and 30 g of bitter chocolate - to make it easier to workπŸ˜‰ - 165 kcal.

For dinner I had everything ready - there were yesterday's stuffed peppers.

I ate 1 pepper (300 g) with 70 g of yogurt. Dinner for 380 kcal.

It turned out 1375 kcal per day. B114, Zh52, U105.

And already late in the evening, they ate a small handful of peanuts for two - they just gained fat and a little protein, which would not have been needed today. Didn't count in KBZHU. Ate and ate - no more than 80 kcal. So everything is within reasonable limits.

After vacation I try to establish a drinking regime. I drink my water intake and even a little more.
