The only way that helped me lose weight was by counting calories and their deficit. I know how many calories I can eat per day to lose weight or maintain weight, I know the amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates I need so as not to forget about my health. And within the framework of my KBZHU, I can even afford baking.
Today I want to tell you a simple and quick recipe for making pita rolls with cottage cheese and cherries.
The other day I was preparing them and remembered that I do not have a separate recipe for these wonderful straws, because I just casually told about them in one of my menus for the day. Therefore, I am correcting myself.
This time I decided to cook them with chocolate filling. Cherries and chocolate are the perfect combination.
✅For delicious and quick curd-cherry rolls, I needed:
- cottage cheese 5% - 300 g,
- 1 egg,
- 110 w of frozen cherries,
- lavash sheet 170 g,
- cocoa - 5 g,
- 4 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
- a bag of vanillin 1g.
✅Cooking.
As always, my favorite blender and chopper will help me quickly prepare the perfect lump-free curd filling.
I put cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, cocoa and vanillin into the blender bowl. Beat everything well until smooth without lumps.
Cut lavash sheet. scissors into small rectangles. Approximately 10 by 20 cm.
On the edge of the pita bread, I spread some of the filling, a few cherries and roll up the tube.
I put the tubes on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat.
I put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
And you're done! Enjoy with tea while hot and crispy.
But the next day it is also delicious - I just heat myself in a frying pan and the lavash becomes crispy again.
Of course, for a more appetizing look, you can brush it with additional yolk.
KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 168, B - 13.2, F - 4, U - 19.2.
