Good day to all of you and delicious weight loss, without suffering and hungry diets.

I found a way that helped me lose weight without suffering and hunger. I feel comfortable, I eat very varied, I do not starve, I allow myself to relax, I indulge myself with sweets. When there is no way to eat normal food, I even eat fast food.

And all this did not prevent me from achieving a result that I did not even dream of at the beginning of my journey. Why didn't you dream? Because after all the failures on diets, I was almost desperate to change something. And to go from 132 kg to at least 100 kg - it was a dream for me.

But it turned out that by counting calories and their small deficit, it is very comfortable to lose weight, it does not pull to break, but if and you really want to eat something - then you can eat it without a twinge of conscience and continue your path to harmony further.

For more than 2 years on counting calories, I can no longer count them, because purely intuitively I know how much food I need. But I still think out of habit. I'm more comfortable this way.

And most importantly, my food habits have changed and that fatty and very high-calorie food that tasted to me before is not attractive to me now. There will be no return to the previous diet and therefore it will be easier to keep the achieved result.

I will pass on to the story about my day and the menu.

I want to note that this is just one day, which turned out to be like this. I talk about my menu for the day every day and to get an overall picture of nutrition - look at least a few days.

Our mini vacation continues, there is very little left, but I want to go everywhere.

For today we have plans for the Moscow Zoo. We hoped that there would be not so many people on weekdays and how wrong we were🀣. But everything is in order.

For breakfast I ate a cottage cheese casserole (220 g) - 340 kcal.

She ate and did not eat anything else. Although I had to, then I remembered my modest breakfast.

After breakfast we immediately got together and went to the zoo.

And the queue at the box office! Early in the morning. And again, with a kind word, I remember the points received for voting. We paid for one ticket with the last remaining points. Savings! 🀣

There are a lot of people in the zoo, wherever the animals are clearly visible - they are all covered, of course. I wanted to take pictures for you, but then I realized that the idea was not very good. The animals themselves are practically invisible in the photo. And we just came to see and relax. Relax - I got excited. We were there so that at the end we were already tired. On this vacation, my legs hurt constantly from long walks - but the best, in my opinion, physical activity is walking.

At 15 o'clock in the afternoon, I already began to remember my meager breakfast (at that time, it really seemed to me already meager). I was very hungry, but we only drank water.

In the zoo itself, there are many points where food is sold, and mainly cotton candy, corn, hot dogs, and rarely burgers. Again, fast food, which I don't feel like eating. And the prices were lifted to heaven for everything.

In general, we did not eat anything at the zoo, and after leaving it, we looked around - we saw only the FSC. I don’t want to either, and there’s such a queue that it’s faster to return home and eat 🀣

And at home I still had to cook something, only buckwheat was cooked. And they did not bother, took the subway to the car, and then stopped for rolls on the way home.

And we got a late lunch, turning into dinner.

I roughly calculated the calorie content of the sushi I ate, based on the information about the calorie content of the rolls included in the set we bought.

I got it, taking into account the sauce, about 900 kcal.

And white to sushi came out on 440 kcal.

As a result, 1680 kcal per day.

I tried to drink water during the day and in the evening finished my norm.

This is how I got one of the days of our mini vacation. And they walked, and were tired, being around the zoo, and had a good rest, and relaxed. Still vacation! Even if it is not what I would like, in today's realities I really like our vacation - active, interesting and informative. We are not at home and managed to visit many interesting and beautiful places.

Well, the sea, the sun, the palm trees, I hope someday they will wait for me.
