It is with this attitude that one must approach weight loss and not only it.
Any step towards a new one begins from the head, with the acceptance of the problem, its understanding and the search for solutions.
It took me a long time to check all three boxesβ .
Like many, I attributed excess weight to my constitution, hormones, broad bone - anything except overeating.
I tortured myself with diets and hunger and, of course, returned to my normal lifestyle after each diet and gained weight again.
But that all changed when I realized that my weight had led me to health problems that were already more obvious than the obvious.
And then I decided to approach weight loss rationally. No diets, no hunger - just comfortable weight loss and balanced nutrition.
And in 2 years I have achieved the result that I could not even dream of.
Elementary calorie counting helped me.
I'll tell you about my day and the menu.
Today we have a break from walks and trips to interesting places. We decided to take a rest, and I had to go to a tooth to heal.
Even on vacation, we get up early. At 7 in the morning I already had breakfast.
For breakfast I had a two-layer cottage cheese casserole (180 g) with green tea. And I ate a sandwich on Darnitsky bread (3 g) with 10 g of butter and 35 g of carp caviar a little later than breakfast as a snack before the trip.
I wrote it all down for breakfast - 490 kcal.
Having done all our business at the doctor's, we stopped by to visit, passed the gifts, talked a little and went home.
You know, with such a busy vacation (and we managed to visit for a vacation: in Tsaritsyno, Kuskovo, Kolomenskoye, Moscow Zoo, in amusement park Dream Island, VDNKh, on Poklonnaya Hill, in Sokolniki) - you just want to be at home and see serial.
Returning home, we had lunch. For lunch, a plate of fish soup with potatoes. Not so long ago I salted trout, and now the head, tail and backbone of the trout just came in handy for soup.
Bowl of soup (470 g) and whole grain bread (25 g) - 230 kcal.
On the way home today we stopped by the store for cottage cheese, fruit, bought an excellent avocado (tomorrow there will be super sandwiches with avocado and fish) and a melon.
For an afternoon snack I ate 475 g of melon - 155 kcal.
Did you know that melon is recommended to be eaten separately from other products and preferably 2 hours after a meal? And all because the melon does not linger in the stomach, but passes almost immediately into the intestines, where it is digested. And if you combine melon with other foods, eat it as a dessert after the main meal, then all these foods stuck together for a long time in the stomach, which will provide heaviness and discomfort, up to serious disorders digestion.
In the afternoon I did a little work at the computer, just before the moment when I had to go to cook dinner.
For dinner I wanted to cook a dish that everyone would eat - hearty and tasty, not very high in calories and fatty.
I had the chicken breast thawed out, but nothing came to my mind. And you know how it happens - you just go into the kitchen and immediately understand what you are going to cook.
And I was going to cook - something like gratin with potatoes and chicken breast. It turned out to be a very satisfying dish and delicious!
My 300 g portion came out on 430 kcal.
As a result, my day went to 1305 kcal. B97, Zh50, U130.
And since yesterday I went over decently in calories - I decided not to add up today, but I do this very rarely. I always try to distribute food in such a way as to get the necessary KBZHU.
