Life is not easy for a person, and then there is still starvation - no, the person does not want that anymore, because he has already tried many diets. And I didn’t last on one, it’s not tasty, that is, I want to, but living with a constant feeling of hunger is impossible.
In principle, everything is clear here. Itself went through this, even if there is willpower, all the same after some time you break loose from rigid diets or switch to the same diet, which was before and gain weight again.
And now, with the best of intentions, you begin to tell this desperate person that everything is fixable, that there is a way to lose weight without health problems. That you do not need to starve, and it will be delicious. Show the sweets that you eat yourself, on which you have lost 60 kg !!!
And all you need to do is revise your diet a little, cook according to low-calorie recipes, which you don't even need to invent, now they are ready-made, they are waiting for you - take it and cook it. Well, write down how much you eat, count calories and not exceed your daily calorie intake. This will certainly take less time than suffering and stories about how difficult it is to live in a lot of weight and how difficult it is to lose weight.
And what do you think? No - it's not for me, the person answers. It is difficult, tedious, boring, long, uninteresting, expensive, and you can enumerate and enumerate all those excuses that are right there.
And I know that there are many such people! You yourself told me similar examples from your life.
Having before his eyes an example - that everything is possible, a person denies it.
So the person does not want to lose weight, he is satisfied with everything.
A person wants to eat a lot, tasty, fatty, sweet. This is all that this person needs. And sometimes, so that no one suspects something - to complain that he really wants to lose weight, but just can't, it's very difficult, to starve all his life.
This is a person's choice.
I'm happy. I am happy that two years ago I found a way that helped me lose weight without tormenting myself with hunger strikes and tasteless food.

My menu for today is as follows.
Breakfast is delicious and satisfying 460 kcal.
Lavash rolls with curd and cheese filling - prepared quickly and easily, fried in a couple of minutes in a dry frying pan.

After breakfast immediately to work, a lot of it accumulated.
After a hearty breakfast, I didn't feel like eating during the day.
The only thing I ate when I took a break was about 100 g of strawberries and 10 g of peanuts, and then I just went on about "Wishlist", and not hunger.
I went out onto the balcony, bask in the sun (yes, we got the sun and got a little warmer) and saw the remains of strawberries. I myself did not understand how I was already finishing the last berry.
It turned out to be a snack for 100 kcal, about.

Closer to dinner I went to cook dinner, I had to cook some kind of soup. I remembered that I had a small head of Peking cabbage and I found beets. It means to be borscht, especially since I haven't cooked it for a long time.
Borscht came out on chicken breast with a ridiculous calorie content - 27 kcal per 100 g.
For lunch, a plate of borscht (450 g) with 50 g of soft curd 0% (instead of sour cream) and a slice of whole grain bread (30 g).
It turned out lunch for 220 kcal.
Thanks to such a non-nutritious lunch, you can eat a slice of strawberry pie (110 g) for an afternoon snack - 180 kcal.
For dinner, 300 g of stewed potatoes with chicken breast and 150 g of cucumber.
It turned out to be a dinner for 290 kcal.
Now, let me remind you once again that I slowly, very slowly, so as not to frighten off 😉, raise the calorie intake from 1300. Recently, my diet consists of 1450 kcal on average. How much do I raise calorie intake? No, I have not reached the weight that I wanted and want. I just decided to rest myself, to give my body a rest after two years (just a minute! not two months) of a calorie deficit.
But after Saturday cheat, Mila wanted to slightly reduce the calorie intake, but again it did not work, so I understand that it is not necessary strictly observe 1450 kcal, you can eat even more, because now I am more focused on tightening the skin and pampering yourself.
So today I ate dried fruit with tea in the evening - 45 g of dried mango and 55 g of Iranian dates - 200 kcal.
By the way, in the active phase of losing weight, lately I ate carbohydrates in the evening - and nothing, the weight went away.
The total for the day is 1440 kcal. Do not forget to observe the drinking regime, do not dehydrate the body.
