Hake is a fish with almost no bones, often sold already without luski, cut off the fins, washed, cut into pieces, salted and everything can be floured and fried. In corn flour, the hake turns golden, with a crispy crust and juicy inside. Kids will love it, especially those who don't want to eat fish.
Ingredients: Hake carcasses, Cornmeal as much as you need, Salt, spices, black pepper
Cooking method:
Defrost the hake, wash, trim the fins, cut into portions.
Put the pieces of hake in a bowl, salt, add black pepper and spices - mix well, by hand, with salt. Let stand for a while so that the fish is saturated with salt.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, grease with vegetable oil. Sprinkle cornmeal onto a plate. Roll the pieces of fish in flour on both sides and put in a pan, if necessary - add a little bit oil, cover and fry on one side over low heat ~ 30 minutes, then turn over and another 20-30 minutes. Check readiness with a fork or knife - the fish should be soft and tender.
Bon appetit 😝😋😉. I will be glad to your photo reviews and comments.
