The thing is what exactly you go. Any food contains calories - energy that is vital for the body. But each organism has its own individual rate of this energy.
Any product contains calories, only the content of calories in the product is different.
Eating a piece of chicken breast is not the same as eating a piece of boiled pork or lard. The difference in the energy received by the body will be colossal.
It seems to you that you ate a little, but in fact you ate those foods that brought your body energy in excess, which means it will go in reserve.
Yes, and low-calorie foods can also overeat if consumed uncontrollably and in large quantities.
A calorie deficit will help you lose weight and form a habit of controlling your diet. And to keep the achieved result - eating habits changed during weight loss and developed automatism in terms of eating behavior.
I'll tell you about my menu for today.
Today I got up very early, even early for myself and decided to get confused with breakfast.
And I made toast.
Whole grain bread (60 g), suluguni cheese (25 g) and 2 chicken eggs (60 g each).
I got breakfast for 420 kcal taking into account the tomatoes.

The sun is shining all over, I hope the weather is improving and on the weekend you can go away from everyone on a bike ride. If only there was no rain!

Didn't notice when it was time for a snack.
For a snack, I made myself a kind of sandwiches - I cut a cucumber (105 g) into circles and put a plow of squid on it - 50 g (purchased (280 kcal per 100 g).
In addition, she weighed out 20 g of peanuts to eat during the day.
It turned out to be a snack for 260 kcal including peanuts.
And I definitely poured green tea - it is my constant companion, especially when I work at the computer.
Today VK again reminded me that it was a year ago. A year ago it was hot! That's real - the heat!
We rode bicycles around the neighborhood, I remember that day very well. Our first summer in a new place of residence - I wanted to study everything at once, to see what is around us.
And of course, for comparison, a photo a year ago (first) and now:
The first photo shows 87 kg (I can't even believe it... it even seems to me that the weight is not so noticeable in the photo). And now - the weight is 71-72 kg.
I finally found the time to make a spinach jellied pie.
Considering that I have borscht for lunch and it is low-calorie (27 kcal per 100g) - a slice of pie for borscht will be what you need.
For lunch, a plate of borscht (450 g), with 50 g of soft cottage cheese 0% and a piece of pie with spinach and eggs (115 g).
Lunch turned out to be 320 kcal.
It's good to get up early. At 7-45 today I was already cheerful, well-fed and worked hard at the computer. I managed to redo everything that I planned for the day before 11 o'clock.
This means there is free time that can be used for exercising on the simulator, skin care and cooking for several days.
By the way, many thanks to the one who advised (I don't remember exactly who) to use the miracle jar for vacuum massage in the shower with shower gels. It is more convenient than with massage oil. Glide well, it is convenient to work out all problem areas. At first, I couldn't get used to it, the jar flew out of my hands (slippery), but then the process began!
I cooked pollock fish cakes for dinner. How thrifty I am after all. I also have pollock mince, which I bought at the very beginning of all these quarantine cases. So I made cutlets from it. I baked it for myself, fried it for my family.
As a side dish for cutlets (130 g), I have boiled potatoes (150 g) and 150 g of stewed mushrooms in soft cottage cheese.
Dinner for 305 kcal.
To help the calorie deficit while losing weight, there will always be a drinking regimen.
In just a day it turned out 1350 kcal.
And today a minute of glory is not just a laugh, but a real "minute of glory".
Perhaps this is a beloved, sweet, kind mother or grandmother, a caring wife. Although I doubt it very much.
