Ingredients: Quails, soft pear, Cherry tomatoes, Bell peppers, Marinade, Orange peel (whole orange), Mustard, Butter, Soy sauce, Spices, Red ground pepper, Black ground pepper, Turmeric, Juice 1 wedge orange

Cooking method:

Wash the quails and dry them.

Cooking the marinade: turmeric + pepper + zest from an orange (only the zest is necessary so that it does not taste bitter) + soy sauce + pre-melted butter, mix everything.

Grate the quail, even try to rub the marinade under the skin. Leave for an hour just at room temperature, you can cover with a lid or cling film.

Pre-cut the vegetables, put them on parchment in a heat-resistant dish, put the quail there while sitting (I "planted" them due to the fact that I tied their paws)

We send it to the oven, first you can cover it with foil and remove the foil after 20 minutes, keep the temperature at 180 * C. After another 20 minutes, the birds will be covered with a crispy crust and will look very appetizing (for this, you can slightly increase the temperature to 200 * C.

Enjoy the dish pre-garnished with pear slices with pomegranate, cherry tomatoes and quail vegetables (in parallel, you can cook mashed potatoes or bulgur or couscous) as side dish 👍
