Good day and delicious weight loss!

Today I want to tell you about a snack that we often used to prepare for the holidays. Men really liked it, especially when it was cooked on small cocktail tomatoes or cream tomatoes - so that it was for one bite, as they say.

And not only men love such a snack😉. But as you understand, it was not without mayonnaise.

And I decided to try to prepare a lighter version of the snack, which would be a great snack for those who are losing weight.

✅I needed the following products for 1 serving for a snack:

  • 1 tomato (about 100 g),
  • a tablespoon - 30 g sour cream 10%,
  • a teaspoon - 5 g of mustard (I like Bavarian mustard, good for sauce),
  • 1 boiled egg,
  • a clove of garlic - 2 g
  • black pepper, salt.

✅Cooking.

Cut the tomato into circles and put it on a plate.

Next, prepare the sauce.

Mix sour cream with mustard, salt with pepper and add garlic, grated on a fine grater.

Lubricate the tomatoes with the resulting sauce.

Rub the egg on a fine grater.

Sprinkle on top with an egg, grated on a fine grater.

That's all!

A delicious refreshing snack with a touch of piquancy is ready!

Garlic is a must here, but if you are afraid of aroma - use dry garlic - it gives flavor, but does not give aroma after eating.
But the best option is a fresh clove of garlic.

In addition, you can add a little cheese, grated on a fine grater, to the sauce - it will be great!

But we must remember that cheese will make us heavier KBZHU. It's also very tasty without cheese, believe me and check! 😉
