Just yesterday I was reproached for the fact that everything was painfully "pink-beautiful". For some reason, they demand to write about failures, about hunger, which I allegedly feel, because 1400 kcal is very little - I have to starve!
Let's start off withthat before I really told that at first it was difficult for me too. And who can just give up the food to which he got used to for years? Who can easily change habits that have been around since childhood?
And now the most important thing - with a weight of 132 kg, I did not eat at 1300-1400 kcal. And a million times, probably, Iβve already repeated it, and for the first time Iβll repeat it a million times, once there was such a party: the deficit on which we lose weight is a 15% deficit of your norm, taking into account your parameters.
With a weight of 130 kg, the norm will be about 2400 kcal! A 15% deficit is 2000 kcal. Yes it is possible to peel! And everyone who weighs more than 90 kg at the beginning of the journey will have much more calories than 1400 kcal.
Yes, at the beginning of the journey I myself did not yet know all the subtleties and started with 1700 kcal, but this was enough for my eyes so as not to starve.
Let's separate the wheat from the chaff. It is impossible to starve for 2000 kcal with a rational distribution of food throughout the day.
Another question is that you cannot cope with yourself and your "Wishlist" and your hand reaches for a bun or something else that we are used to.
Man is weak and indulges in his own weaknesses. Saying "no" to yourself, showing willpower or cutting back on the diet in the amount of "right food", but adding that very bun to your KBZhU is a matter of choice.
What will overpower: the desire for a sweet pastry that will pull, perhaps, for your whole lunch, or the desire to be full during the day, while there are delicious dishes, but cooked so that they contain few calories?
Choice - it always comes before us.
Gradually, the body gets used to the diet. They say that the body needs only 2 weeks to get used to new conditions.
And then completely different eating habits are formed. Pulls less for the ban. Again, if it pulls, the choice is yours. Yes, and no one canceled the cheat sweet - they arranged a holiday for themselves and again into battle.
The less our weight becomes, the less calories we need. And reducing calories is a long-term process that takes place calmly, as we have time to get used to it. At first, we got used to 2,000 calories. Then, having lost 10 kg, we will move to 1900 and so on, gradually getting used to it every time.
Slim tasty and satisfying! Prepare meals so as to reduce their calorie content, but not lose their taste. Do not underestimate the calorie intake and do not go on diets, chewing one celery, allow yourself small holidays and forbidden sweets and then you will not have breakdowns, and your weight loss will be "pink-wonderful" π.

I wanted to tell you how great it is to get up early, go for a couple of hours to swim for pleasure. To stand on the beach and see that you are the slimmest here today, and not the one with the widest bone. But I won't. I'm upset.
Today my breakfast is modest, without a cake, like yesterday, for example, although it was time to make a delicious breakfast. But I also wanted to go to some water even earlier, so that I could return home before the heat.
I boiled a couple of eggs and made a sandwich on ordinary Darnitsa bread (45 g) with squash caviar (60 g).
It turned out breakfast for 340 kcal.
I swim only the second day, but apparently very hard. Today I felt how the muscles of my arms hurt, where they had not hurt for a long time. I hope my muscles will tighten up a little during my bathing.
I will get up at 6 am as long as the weather permits to swim, and I can work in the afternoon and late at night.
When I got home, I bit you know what? Ice cream! A glass of creme brulee - 235 kcal. I was planning an ice cream for percussion today and I adjusted my KBZhu specifically for ice cream π.
And the heat also seduced me into okroshka. Yes, not some kind of PP okroshka, but the real one with doctor's sausage and kvass!
In general, I cook okroshka with boiled chicken and ayran. But that's how I wanted exactly this option, which our family has been doing for as long as I can remember, that I set up a whole bowl for several days.
Speaking of breakdowns. I wanted harmful sausage in okroshka - I took it and ate it. Satisfied, I entered everything into KBZHU and further I enjoy my 2 pink-beautiful "life.
Oh, and I ate at lunch - 240 g okroshka and 200 g kvass, 30 g sour cream - 380 kcal.
After dinner I broke off 2 cubes of dark chocolate - 80 kcalso that it is not so boring to work.
For dinner I have 200 g of stewed cauliflower, which I cooked yesterday.
She also baked a chicken breast under a fur coat like my old recipe and ate 150 g of a breast under a fur coat.
It turned out to be a dinner for 300 kcal.
And even today I waited for my husband to arrive, and we went to the market in a neighboring town. We have very expensive berries and vegetables on the territory of the residential complex. And you want berries, otherwise the season will pass.
In the evening I also ate 200 g of strawberries for 85 kcal.
Well, I was not hungry all day. How can you starve when you eat and eatπ. Oh, I'm afraid that the adherents would not have come running, "if I ate so much, I would not have passed through the door" - they were gone for a long time.
It turned out in a day 1420 kcal, which even forbidden ice cream fit intoπ.
