Today I myself did not know what I wanted for breakfast. Rather, I know what I want - my favorite lightly salted fish, but I don't have it.
Therefore, I just put on a plate what I had in the fridge, looked to see if it all fit into the KBZhU set aside for breakfast, and ate it.
Breakfast - chicken cutlet with cottage cheese (105 g), rye bun (60 g) and tomato (120 g).
Breakfast turned out to be 345 kcal.
July 1 is declared a day off, but many still work.
Today my husband left for work as usual early in the morning. But in the end he returned home early. And that's great! We decided to solve some of our affairs today in order to free Saturday and Sunday.
Just on the way, we stopped at the market, otherwise there are no vegetables at home and I want berries while it is still there.
On our way we came across gorgeous jasmine bushes, I could not pass byπ€£
We even stopped at our favorite fish store. But I left the store with nothing. Usually I take smoked pink salmon or lightly salted chum salmon - they are more or less suitable for me in price. But there was no pink salmon, and we did not like the chum salmon. Of course, there was a wonderful salmon and mouth-watering trout - but all this is already a little expensive.
It's a shame, but I returned home with nothing (with regards to the fish).
Once you bought a berry, you have to eat it.
Weighed myself 250 g of raspberries and cherries for 240 kcal. I ate the berries during the day, naturally, I did not master the whole thing for a snack.
For dinner, I boiled young potatoes and fried a fish.
I fried my fish on the electric grill, without oil. I really like to use the electric grill - 5 minutes and the juicy, tender fish is ready.
And for the fish I prepared a sauce based on sour cream, pickled cucumber and garlic.
Lunch - 130 g of boiled potatoes, 190 g of grilled chum salmon (raw weight) and 90 g of sauce. Lunch - 445 kcal.
By the way, with the sauce it is tasty not only to eat fish, but also potatoes ΠΊΠ°ΡΡΠΎΡ
My chum salmon is frozen with steaks, I bought it recently. I even thought about salting it myself, but decided that I would not bother with salting the steaks - they were not bought for that.
After dinner I drank tea and now I wanted brownie cookies, which I bought at the market today.
It was so fragrant that I decided to try 1 thing.
30 g cookies - 120 kcal. I took the KBZhU from the counter and I'm not sure that it fits, since the cookies are by weight, and I did not ask to take a picture of the data from the package.
Since it's a day off, you can take a walk in our little forest. Just shake the cookie.
But it turned out that I ate more calories. Because they found some strawberries, just a couple of palms. We could have collected more, but the approaching clouds frightened us away.
And for dinner I have 280 g of squash cake - 260 kcal.
In just a day it turned out 1410 kcal. I drink some water, I donβt forget.
