In this recipe, I decided to use a little hard grades semolinainstead of whole grain flour.

We mix cottage cheese, egg, semolina, a pinch of vanillin, baking powder and sahzam, that is, all the ingredients except the berry.
I always use a blender to get a uniform consistency - it's easier and faster than standing and grinding the curd through a sieve, for example.
In addition, rubbing the cottage cheese through a sieve still does not get that homogeneous consistency and the final result as with cottage cheese whipped in a blender.
Next, we take the muffin tins (I always use silicone ones, the baked goods do not stick to them and do not need to be greased with anything). I needed 6 pieces.
Put a large strawberry in each mold.
Close the berry with dough on top.
If your berry is not very large, it is better to put a layer of curd dough, a berry and cover it with another layer of dough - the berry will be in the middle and will look more appetizing.
We remove the syrniki in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Always adjust the baking time according to your oven.
