From the introductory collage, you already understood that I achieved the result in losing weight by counting calories and their deficit.

I sometimes receive notifications about comments in very old articles. And going back, I see that nothing changes.

All the same questions, all the same doubters and shouting - "I do not believe"!

Only one thing changes, my photos in collages in which I become slimmer.

And after all, none of those who shout loudest "I do not believe, photoshop, it is necessary to change places in the photo" before and after "did not have a desire flip through a little more articles, see a little more photos and maybe something in their life would change for the better.

And maybe it hasn't changed, since the only thing that interests them is to write "I don't believe!"

And I also like questions like - "was it really necessary to fatten up to 130 kg, why didn't you switch to your near PP and did not sound the alarm earlier?"

At the same time, in the same article with similar comments, I write that I have been in the process of losing weight almost all my life, I struggle with being overweight all the time, but there was no result, but there were breakdowns after diets, there was a return to normal nutrition, after losing weight. And all this is a vicious circle that led to gaining even more weight.

But this is not interesting to anyone either. The main opinion is urgently to voice.

And the answer is simple - the only way that worked was to control nutrition by counting calories, which I came up with two years ago.

The difference in the photos in the collage below is a year. Approximately: June 2018 - June - 2019 - June 2020. Photoshop again, right? 🤣

While someone is in doubt, I will continue to talk about my menu, built on a calorie deficit and a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Since I still have a berry that I bought yesterday, and a berry is a rather perishable product - today my menu is summer, berry.

Getting up early in the morning, I baked a chocolate oatmeal, on the basis of which I prepared a cake with curd cream and raspberries and ate it, washed down with green tea with jasmine.

How simple and delicious it is!

It's great to lose weight on cakes while someone tries not to break off by chewing on a cabbage leaf😉.

For the cake, I needed 40 g of oatmeal, 1 egg, 30 g of kefir, 10 g of cocoa, a pinch of baking powder, 5 sachets of sahzam, 100 g of soft cottage cheese and 100 g of raspberries.

Breakfast 390 kcal.

All weekend I was resting and did not go to the computer.

It's summer! We need to spend more time in nature, swimming, sunbathing, walking - all this is only for the benefit of our weight loss. The more activity the better! Moreover, our summer is not so long. Before we have time to look back, it will end and autumn rains will begin. And there a cold snowy winter is just around the corner.

Those who had a good rest on the weekend work hard on Monday. And you also need to clean up after the weekend in the apartment, prepare food for a few days.

Therefore, the best option is to get up early, work, and then you can redo your household chores.

While working, I had a snack on a cherry (300 g) - 150 kcal.

Until lunchtime, I worked at the computer, the workers managed to solve the main points. And there was something to eat for lunch - there was no need to cook it.

Lunch - 100 g of boiled buckwheat and 200 g of chicken cutlets with cottage cheese, cucumber for 60 g.

Lunch went out on 425 kcal.

It looks like our Buska became interested in proper nutrition and low-calorie food, the smell of cutlets really seduced her, she even dared to jump on the corner, and this happens very rarely🤣

After lunch, I immediately started cleaning. I still had to have time to cook something for dinner, so much so that the next day was left for some of the meals.

For a long time I have had zucchini and my thoughts were to cook something like a zucchini cake.

And today I decided to implement the idea with a squash cake. I tried to cut calories as best I could without spoiling the taste of the dish. I really liked the result 😉 - a fresh, juicy zucchini cake.

Dinner - a slice of squash cake (300 g) - 300 kcal.

During the day I ate 25 g of peanuts - 140 kcal.

In total, 1405 kcal were obtained in a day.

Saw water actively. It is recommended to drink 30 ml of water per kilogram of weight, provided there are no diseases in which it is necessary to reduce the amount of water drunk.
