Our health directly depends on the presence or absence of excess weight.

How difficult it is to be overweight - this is a huge burden for our body.

Just the other day, in the comments, we discussed both about shortness of breath, and about how hard it is to climb the stairs, and about long walks that are heavy with excess weight.

And I remembered how literally two years ago I climbed to the second floor with shortness of breath, holding onto the railing. I went into the house all wet and barely breathing.

And now I freely climb to the 8th floor! I completely forgot about the problems that brought excess weight and literally fly.

And all this thanks to calorie counting:

This is the only way that helped me lose weight. And I've tried quite a few diets in my entire life. But diet is a short-term dietary change. If you do not break loose and endure all the restrictions, you can lose weight. But what happens next? And then we happily return to the usual diet and begin to "celebrate" weight loss. And in the end we eat up all the pounds we have dropped, and often even more than it was.

A huge plus of nutrition on counting calories is that you learn to control nutrition, you begin to understand how much and what you can eat per day, so as not to overeat and gain weight again. And the balance of BZHU - gives the body all the nutrients it needs, which has a positive effect on our well-being.

As an example of nutrition based on calorie counting, I will show my menu.

Sunday afternoon and everyone wanted khachapuri for breakfast. In order not to bother with the filling (I was too lazy to bake several khachapuri with a filling in the middle), I kneaded the cheese into the dough. The result is a cheese cake, but as tender as khachapuri.

Breakfast - lazy khachapuri - 400 kcal. And, of course, green tea. Where am I without him.

After breakfast, I retired to work on some video recipes. All hands do not reach some of them. When we finished, we went to the store to buy vegetables. And as always, they came with a bunch of packages - well, I can't get past the promotions for products that I use all the time, I always take for the future at a slightly lower price.

She also took the marshmallow order. They took new flavors to try - coconut and caramel. For some reason I thought that the coconut taste would be too intense. But no - a light taste of coconut is what you need. And the taste of "caramel" reminded us more of creme brulee.

Once a day off I decided to indulge myself with two marshmallows for a snack - 225 kcal

And in the store I saw oyster mushrooms for the action and took them just like that. I thought I'd come up with something delicious with them the other day.

But not all oyster mushrooms survived to see the new dish. Half graced the dinner. I made pasta in a creamy sauce with oyster mushrooms.

Lunch - 395 kcal.

The Airborne Forces, if I'm not mistaken, has a motto - "Nobody but us!" This motto can be applied to me today, but in a slightly different context, of course.

The pomegranate lay with us for several weeks, decorated a plate. Until Anya took and cleaned it for everyone. If I hadn't cleaned it, I would have remained there until it deteriorated.

The peeled pomegranate flew away instantly.

I got an afternoon snack - 100 g of pomegranate - 50 kcal.

For dinner, vegetable salad (150 g of vegetables: tomato, cucumber, herbs), seasoned with 5 g of olive oil and 200 g of beef and pork cutlets.

Dinner - 410 kcal.

For the whole day, I got 1455 kcal. B - 98, F - 59, U - 132.

Carbohydrates, of course, are on the verge of today and most of the carbohydrates came from marshmallows. But I myself decided so - I have a day off.

As for sports in my life - I don't like it. Yes, I don't like sports. But I like to walk, I like to ride a bike or ice skate, I like to swim.

The change in diet is the main thing that led me to the result.

I didn’t work hard in the gym, but did what I like: if possible, I went for a walk, in the spring and summer I rode a bicycle, and swam. All this is only beneficial and good for maintaining tone. And most importantly, pleasure!

Well, you can always do the usual exercises at home to maintain the tone of the muscles of the legs and arms, stand in the bar for several minutes. All this does not take much time, but it will never be superfluous.
