There is no secret. I repeat from article to article many times that losing weight is tasty, balanced and satisfying eating - perhaps if you count the calorie content of food and eat with a slight calorie deficit.

Regular readers of my blog probably lost me yesterday? We meet every day, but May 16 fell out of my blog.

I confess, I was lazy, and I simply could not do something.

My epic at the dentist continued. The necessary time has passed and even a little more, there is no point in delaying and waiting for the end of the "sit at home" regime, since it is not known when this regime will be decided for us to end.

But problems can be if you do not finish what you started on time.

So, yesterday I was connected with a trip to the dentist and at the same time on the way home we stopped at the shops we needed, which we hadn't been in for a long time, but there was a need for them.

As for food - on May 16, only breakfast was normal - scrambled eggs, cheese and a little smoked pink salmon. And then I was able to eat ryazhenka 290 on the way home. And at home I already had a snack with what I could eat after the dentist and what I wanted - these were sandwiches with fish, sausage cheese and tea, as well as some fresh strawberries and halva.
I did not count calories, but I think it was more than 1500 kcal.

But today again into battle, again counting calories and BJU.

Breakfast - fried eggs from two eggs, fried without oil. Two thin rye bread (10 g), curd cheese (15 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (55 g). And also for freshness 100 g of tomato.

I got too lazy to make green tea and made coffee with 100 ml of honeycomb.

It turned out breakfast for 405 kcal.

Today we wanted to take a walk in the forest, breathe the air while the sun is shining. But in a place with the sun, such a cold wind, and my cheek is swollen after the dentist, it is better not to chill. We decided that we would stay at home.

My snack today is simply gorgeous, in my opinion.

Fresh cottage cheese (100 g), which I mixed with 1 sachet of sweetener and 100 g of strawberries.

The snack turned out to be 220 kcal.

Yesterday, on the way home, we stopped at the market, and there were strawberries, cherries, apricots - what not!

The price, of course, still encroaches on everything. But I could not walk past the strawberries. Everyone wants to deceive a gullible buyer. It's good that I have a habit in the market - first run through the rows, take a closer look, and then buy where I liked the product and its price.

Some sellers put strawberries in plastic containers with a slice - such mouth-watering bright peas, right to the eye. And the price for a container is 225 rubles. And as you begin to figure it out, it turns out - this is the price for a pound, and in a container it is not a pound, but almost a kilogram. So it turns out that I will take this container for 450 rubles.

And go a little further, there are strawberries for 350 rubles per kilogram, but so fragrant!

In a week, on Saturday, I'll go to the dentist again, remove the stitches - I hope by that time, if the price changes, it will be for the better for us, the buyers, side, and we will indulge in more strawberries.

Already May will soon come to an end, but in this situation we have never eaten barbecue. And so you want already.

And so we decided to cook a barbecue, but at home. Yesterday we also managed to drop into Fix Price, where I bought wooden skewers. And in the morning I marinated the meat - I decided to marinate my turkey thigh fillet in lime with spices, and mine wanted a pork kebab marinated in vinegar.

I prepared a vegetable salad for the kebab.

My lunch is 200 g ready-made shish kebab and vegetable salad (200 g - tomato, cucumber, radish), dressed with 50 g of soft cottage cheese.

And 20 g of narsharab sauce (pomegranate).

Went out lunch on 470 kcal.

After lunch, about an hour later, I drank green tea with Iranian dates (50g) - 85 kcal.

And for supper I cooked pea soup with smoked meats.

We thought that if the meat didn’t have time to defrost and marinate for dinner, there would be pea soup for lunch. But the meat was ready, so the soup for dinner.

A bowl of soup (450 g) - 230 kcal.

In total, 1410 kcal per day turned out in a day.

The norm of water has been drunk (at the rate of 30 ml per kilogram of weight).

I continue the course of turpentine baths for skin tightening.

And as soon as I finish the course of baths, again into battle with the remaining extra pounds. Probably, there is still 5 kilograms left to lose, but this is not certain.

And I really want to share this beauty with you. Yesterday, both in Moscow and the Moscow region, we saw a rainbow, even a double one! She appeared with us already 2 times per evening.
