Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
I have currently managed to get rid of57kg.
The first working day after the New Year holidays. I don’t know to congratulate you on this or to sympathize with all of us.
I will probably sympathize, because I myself can hardly enter the everyday rhythm and just force myself to get down to business.
One thing is definitely good, finally everyone will enter a normal diet!
And those who want to lose weight easily, tasty, satisfying - will begin to slowly count calories and lose weight.
Here I am often asked: "What is now to count calories all my life? This is not life, but eternal counting! "
In response, I always want to say that it is not life - it is carrying excess weight, acquiring a bunch of related problems and sores.
And about the counting. We will not lose weight forever.
For example, I began to lose weight in May 2018 and today I have achieved the result I had never dreamed of.
Now I plan to lose a few more kilograms, but I'm not worried about how quickly they will go away. And so I am satisfied with my appearance and even more well-being. Just knowing that you can achieve a better result - you want to try to reach it.
And throughout the entire time, I counted the calories eaten (which is not so difficult using a phone and a special application, as well as a kitchen scale).
During this time, my eating behavior and habits have changed a lot. I got used to new low-calorie food and I don't really want another one (well, just in the form of a small load a couple of times a month, to pamper myself).
And when I decide that that's it, stop losing weight and start just maintaining the weight - I will not count any calories. Because already purely intuitively, I know how much food I need to be full throughout the day.
It remains only to control your weight and, if it rises, slightly reduce your ardor in food. And now it won't be difficult at all, as new eating habits have formed.
And believe me, all this calorie counting is worth it to feel good, be active physically, like yourself and not be overweight.
Until then, I'm sticking to my 1300 calorie deficit.
For breakfast today I made myself scrambled eggs and cheese in pita bread with green onions - it's very tasty and satisfying.
And all 360 kcal per serving. I needed: 30 g of lavash, 50 g of cheese (this time I used the usual semi-hard, 1 egg, some green onions and salt (you will find the video recipe in the reminder at the end of the article).
After breakfast, I began to slowly enter the working mode, the feeling is that I do not know what to grab onto in the first place.
I worked until lunchtime. During work I had a snack of 250 g of mango. All mine have given up on it, but I had to finish eating, otherwise it will disappear (something reminds me of something😂).
Snack - 250 g mango - 170 kcal.
For lunch today I cooked pickle with bulgur. It has not been eaten for a long time, recently more and more cheese soup or just chicken broth with noodles. I wanted a pickle.
For lunch, a plate of pickle (450 g) with 25 g of sour cream 10% and 30 g of homemade whole grain bread.
It turned out lunch for 265 kcal.
Soups always turn out to be low-calorie and after a while after them you want to eat, at least that's how it works for me.
Therefore, an hour after lunch, I drank green tea with jasmine (my favorite) and ate 20 g of 75% chocolate and 15 g of peanuts - 190 kcal.
For dinner, I collected all the leftovers from the baked chicken (150 g) and made a salad of one egg, 70 g of cucumber and green onions. Seasoned salad with sour cream 10%.
It turned out dinner for 310 kcal.
In total, 1295 kcal came out in a day.
I do not forget to observe the drinking regime (30 ml of water per kilogram of weight).
During the New Year holidays, I forgot about exercise, but I managed to walk more on the street and even went ice skating.
Now I will return to home exercises: plank, squats, swings, abdominal exercises, exercises with a fitness tape.
