Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.
I haven't been reminded for a long time that the calorie deficit should be small. Only 15-20% of your norm, which is easy to calculate on the Internet, a lot of counters using special formulas, you just need to specify your parameters).
No need to take, for example, my 1300 and eat the same way, and even more so, do not lower your calorie intake to less than 1200! This is dangerous for your health!
Except for you and your family, no one will take care of your health, especially a fitness trainer, who advised hard workouts and 600 kcal per day (this is me, for example).
Your norm and minus 15-20% and now you are slowly, slowly, tasty and satisfyingly losing weight without harm to health. Losing kilograms, it recalculates the norm and, accordingly, the deficit.
And my menu today is as follows.
Today my breakfast is cottage cheese and apple pancakes (210 g) with 15 g of sour cream 10%. Tasty, satisfying and everything 370 kcal.
And of course my favorite jasmine green tea at breakfast. And some two years ago, I could not even look at green tea, it seemed to me disgusting and not tasty. And now I can’t imagine a day without him.
On Sunday, I promised myself that on Monday I would allocate time for myself, since I worked almost all Sunday. But that was not the case.
I'll definitely spend it at the computer before lunch.
At work and the snack has passed. For a long time, one of the subscribers, Valentina, told me that she makes herself a fish paste herself and it turns out that it is no worse than in a store.
And so it all turned out that today I had all the ingredients for a similar pate. And I got a delicious snack - this is whole grain bread (less than 40 g) and tuna and cottage cheese pate (40 g).
The snack turned out to be 180 kcal.
By lunchtime, closer to me, I realized that I had nothing for lunch, and most importantly, I had no ideas of what to cook?
Even in the morning on the machine, I took out a chicken breast to defrost and now I stand looking at it - and my head is empty, no ideas.

The only thing that came to my mind when I was already really hungry was to cook dumplings with suluguni, which were waiting in the freezer for their time. And so she did. I'll figure out how to cook the breast later.
150 g PP dumplings with suluguni and 20 g 10% sour cream and I got a lunch for 400 kcal.
I did not keep the promise I made to myself and again worked almost all day at the computer.
I just ran to the store, but to our management company on business, got a little air.
Dinner for the whole family today, including me, is buckwheat and stewed chicken liver with vegetables.
100 g of buckwheat and 150 g of chicken liver came out to 320 kcal.
In total, 1270 kcal were obtained in a day.
Many people neglect water and do it in vain (of course, if there is no medical indication for this).
A well-established drinking regimen is a direct way to get rid of edema (oddly enough for many it sounds), to reduce cellulite, and to improve digestion. Water is our everything!
Edema is mainly due to the fact that the body is experiencing a shortage of water and is trying with all its might to store it. And as soon as he feels that there is no water shortage, he gets rid of his reserves, the swelling will go away. I checked it myself, like many girls who were surprised to find that swelling goes away with water and weight loss is easier.

Today in a reminder once again I want to show a video recipe for whole grain bread. For some reason, there are those who do not succeed. I admit that some people expect the same sensations from whole grain bread as from yeast bread and are mistaken in their expectations.
