And I have been proving this for more than one year, slimming in front of my subscribers. And not only me, but also girls who have tried and have already lost weight and built with me (or maybe boys, but they are so modest that they do not share with us their victories over weight😉).
Why do you need dieting breakdowns that bring even more extra pounds, when there is a way to get rid of fat much easier and without harm to your health?
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I switched to aboutproper nutrition and calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.
What is a Calorie Deficit? Each of us, depending on our parameters (weight, height, age, activity), has a calorie rate that we need for life.
Calories give the body energy for everything.
And if you establish a small deficit of energy (calories), then the body will have to draw the most energy from its reserves. So the fat that we have accumulated in reserve goes away. This is, if simplified and without deepening.

And today I will tell you about my next day - the day of loading.
It so happened that the download was the second weekend in a row. If on that Saturday I just wanted to rest and relax, then today there is a reason - we are going to wish my mother-in-law a happy birthday.
Well, once again I want to show that on a calorie deficit, you can relax and eat your favorite sweets and lose weight. By the way, after a day of loading that Saturday, I had a good plumb line of 600 g per week.
In the morning I had breakfast with two boiled eggs, a slice of homemade whole grain bread (15 g) and boiled beef tongue (50 g).
Breakfast turned out to be 300 kcal.
After breakfast, the whole family gathered together and went to wish my mother-in-law a happy birthday.
Every time we go to Moscow, we also try to solve some of our own affairs. We combine business with pleasure. So this time we managed to call in to order the documents, but it turned out that they were immediately made to us. We were glad that we didn’t have to go to Moscow again to pick up the finished documents at the bank. Yet bureaucracy is not everywhere in our country.
The dinner turned out to be a guest.
For lunch I have chicken breast baked in spices (about 150 g), boiled potatoes (about 130 g), vegetables (total - 120-130 g), beet salad (apparently with regular mayonnaise, about 60-70 g), salted pink salmon (about 100 g).
And with tea, I ate a piece of chocolate cake (about 120 grams).
Lunch, as you know, was roughly calculated and I got it -680 kcal. Let's round it up, as I usually do - 700 kcal.
I usually don't read calories on loading days, but today I wanted to see how much I end up with in a day.
In the evening I had dinner at home - 110 g of pumpkin patties with 30 g of sour cream 10%, 35 g of beef tongue and 50 g of chicken ham (we were in our favorite health food store and wanted a ham with a good composition. I try to take purchased ham only there. Even by taste and consistency, it is clear that there is nothing superfluous, so I'm not afraid to buy).
Dinner turned out to be 295 kcal.
And with tea 30 g of dates - 90 kcal.
As a result, 1385 kcal was obtained per day.
And even on a visit and on the road, I do not forget to drink water.
In my opinion, excellent, considering that I did not really think about how many calories I ate today.
Another confirmation that the body is getting used to a new way of life and further, on maintenance, will be much easier. There is already an understanding of how much is needed for saturation, there is responsibility for the result of their work, and besides, you can eat much more on maintenance than on deficit.
Do you (who have long been losing weight on a deficit) already have an understanding that you do not want to overeat anymore and satiety comes with less food?
