Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.
New Year's bustle captured everyone.
Judging by the fact that few people became interested in articles about weight loss, the majority decided to lose weight after the New Year.
But I'm not giving up).
And I want to show once again that you can eat tasty and satisfying, celebrate the holidays, but at the same time adhere to a calorie deficit and therefore lose weight.
I already once said that we decided not to cook all our favorite sweets on the New Year's table, but gradually cook something delicious. Moreover, before the New Year it is our husband's birthday. So, we have already begun to celebrate.

My day with a calorie deficit and snacks, which I calmly entered into my KBZhU.
For breakfast I have - scrambled eggs from two eggs and two profiteroles with curd cheese and lightly salted fish (165 g). And, of course, green tea with jasmine.
Breakfast turned out to be 380 kcal.
An hour after breakfast, I drank more green tea with 20 g of 75% dark chocolate - 105 kcal.
And for a snack at 11 o'clock there was lightly salted fish (65 g) and a cucumber (50 g). I really like the combination of fresh cucumber and fish.
The snack turned out to be 160 kcal.
In addition, I weighed myself 20 g of nuts for the whole day - 130 kcal.
After the festive table from the husband's anniversary, there was a potato quiche with mushrooms and jellied meat.
I got lunch - 120 g of potato quiche and 150 g of beef and chicken aspic.
Total for lunch 310 kcal.
And dinner - chicken bombs with prunes, walnuts and cheese - (100 g), as well as about 120 g of salad with cucumber, tomato, bell pepper and herbs, dressed with homemade mayonnaise.
Dinner turned out to be 255 kcal.
During the day, I gained 1340 kcal - my usual deficit. I went through 10 g of KBZHU with proteins and fats. And I don't think it's very scary.
The weekend has begun - you can walk a lot and spend the energy that you received with food!
The main principle of losing weight is to expend more energy than we get.
We ate well - we took a good walk, especially the holidays and everything is conducive to leading an active lifestyle, and not sitting at the table.
