Apparently the rainy weather today affected me. I don't want to motivate and persuade anyone to take care of my health. After all, excess weight takes away our health in the first place.

All adults and people themselves will make a choice - to continue to eat, eat and eat, or just start to control the amount and quality of food eaten.

We will assume that today the mission that I took upon myself is to tell that you can lose weight without starving and not limiting myself in everything and helping girls like me who jumped from diet to diet and did not achieve results - failed by me.

Although why failed. Few people two years ago knew what KBZHU was (there are, of course, and now those who ask - what kind of miracle is KBZHU), few knew what a calorie deficit was. And look now how many of us are losing weight and have already lost weight by counting calories?

For breakfast today I spontaneously decided to make myself an oatmeal with cottage cheese and lightly salted chum salmon.

The other day I showed you how I now store nuts and dried fruits. Now we have more of this stuff at home than sweets, cookies and other sweets. We can say that we practically do not buy sweets and biscuits - very rarely, if it is mine to hunt.

Today it is cloudy, it rains from time to time and we want to eat. Constantly hungry today.

I decided to deceive myself during a snack. I prepared a large bowl of salad, but it turned out to be so low in calories that it fit perfectly into the KBZHU of the day.

Eat, your eyes are happy with a large portion, your stomach is full, and there are few calories - 👍 such a salad. I made it based on a recent salad with Chinese cabbage and ham.

For the salad I used today:

  • boiled chicken drumstick meat - 55 g,
  • 70 g of Chinese cabbage,
  • 30 g of Korean carrots.

Seasoned salad with sour cream (30 g), mixed with a pinch of salt and smoked paprika. Tasty! And just a snack came out 185 kcal.

Last night I managed to prepare a pot of stuffed peppers.

And today for lunch I have 380 g of stuffed peppers (weight including broth) and 25 g of sour cream 10% - 295 kcal.

Yesterday I decided to add a little soft cottage cheese to the minced chicken breast and decently added juice from a jar of tomatoes in my own juice, as well as a lot of onions and carrots fried on a drip of oil.

She didn't add rice or bulgur. It turned out delicious, I liked it.

After lunch I drank tea with 40 g of dried mango - 130 kcal.

On Friday afternoons, I had practically no work. I fiddled with Zen a little, finished writing recipes that I couldn't finish writing. And I waited for my husband to pick me up and we go to the market.

Here again you lead me astray. I was going to cook jellied meat. Someone recently wrote about jellied meat in the comments. Well, of course, I also need it right away. I don't remember when I ate jellied meat for the last time. Probably on New Year's holidays, and the New Year is coming soon.

So in the market I will look at beef hooves, and I have the "broth" in my stash. I will also add turkey so that there is more meat. Here I think how to calculate the KBZHU.

For dinner today, boiled buckwheat (120 g) and chicken liver in sour cream-tomato sauce (180 g).

When I was cooking the liver, I also added a little juice from a jar of tomatoes in my own juice and sour cream as a sauce. So, lately I like tomatoes in their own juice, I often add them to dishes - I understand that I need to buy them somewhere for a special offer (in order to be cheaper).

Dinner turned out to be 410 kcal.

In total, 1430 kcal came out in a day. B - 125, F - 55, U - 100.

I drink water. The recommended rate of water for a healthy person is 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight.
