But, despite all the "peckers", I will still do as I do. And I know that some subscribers will find it useful.
And I also want to note that, in addition to the "couch" critics and fans of SanPin, there were also interesting people with useful advice in that publication. Thank you YOU from the heart! π
Now to the point. Plastic we all we buy and throw away incredibly lot.
Therefore, I try to give a "second" life to plastic packaging, and then take it to the trash can (separate, by the way).
In plastic boxes from under the greenery, I began to make square cutlets and meatballs (thanks deputy food blogger for the idea of ββsquare cutlets - it's much easier to turn them over in a frying pan) π
This time I prepared teftel squares with bulgur.
And with a reserve for one more supper.
π½ What was needed π½
* minced chicken - 400 gr
* bulgur - 1 sachet
* onion - 1 piece
* carrot - 1 piece

π©βπ³ PREPARING π©βπ³
Bulgur boil, onion chop, carrot rub on a fine grater
πππ
Good knead minced meat with a fork πππ
With a spoon lay out minced meat in forms from greens, lightly tamping.
Before sending to the freezer, do portioned notches π
When the workpieces are frozen, turn over plastic tray and we cut cubes per serving πππ
Fry no breading and no flour on all square sides π
Hands remain clean. Minus a plate with breading π
A plus original meatballs / cutlets.
Half prepared, the second tray still "lives" in the freezer.
βBy the way, you can eat such cutlets without a side dish, because bulgur and vegetables inside already perform this function πππ
For a like - a plus in karma β! For a subscription - hugs πππ I tried)) For questions - I will answer with pleasure. All good! π
