So, I inform:
I make meatballs in different ways: I twist them with handles, freeze them in egg trays, and in silicone molds.
But in this post I want to tell not as much about the shapes of the meatballs and their composition as about the soup in which you can disguise the onions π
We are the bow love in all its forms: fresh, pickled, fried, boiled. Green, white, pink, leek. Any.
But my neighbors have a husband not eating onions. In any case, for a year and a half he has been thinking that he is not eating
This is because I taught a neighbor to mask onions in some dishes. In any case, in soups.
I will showhow to do it in meatball soup.
π½ WHAT YOU WILL NEED π½
* meatballs (mine is from a heart silicone mold)
* potato - a couple of pieces
* carrot - half medium
* onion - large onion
πππ
Vegetables cut arbitrarily. But I love bigger
πππ
We send the potatoes to boil in salted water.
And now about the main thing. About bow π§
We put it in a skillet with vegetable oil, fry for the first 2 minutes as usual.
In the second or third minute, add salt on the tip of a knife. Fry for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
Then add 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda and immediately carrots.
In the photo below, you can see that the onion almost dissolved at the same time πππ
At the same time, you will have the taste of fried onions, but yours "not onion lovers "won't even notice.
We throw our "disguised" frying in a pot with potatoes and meatballs
πππ
Add lavrukha and green leaves
πππ
We get "cordial"soup
πππ
Anyone who eats and loves onions will appreciate β
And the one who "does not eat" bow, will not notice that it is there) π
