To me lucky with my friends and neighbors. The neighbors give us baby food and milk (I already wrote how I make baby puree jars pate).
A friend from a vegetable stand tosses us "tired" fruits and vegetables, which her owners write off.
Thanks to this friend, last summer I rolled a bunch of adjika, salads and other pickles.
And then she gave us two varieties of lemons. This is the case when demand not justified buying for sale. People not wants to buy sluggish lemons, but they came to us. For free!
Plus I have accumulated sour cream lids (as I more I use them, I will write below).
What do we do with lemons (or other fruits) in these lids ๐คทโโ๏ธ
We get old lady - citrus juicer ๐

Wring out with the help of electricity and son's hands juice ๐
We get pure lemon juice and skins (where them apply, then write) ๐
Fill juice in sour cream lids. (Washed lids, if someone does not understand what needs to be washed) ๐
We put lids with juice on a plate and send in the freezer (it takes us about an hour to freeze) ๐
Lemon (orange, strawberry, grape, cherry) plates are very easy to separate from the lids ๐
Add up plates into a container. I break them in half.

We remove back into the freezer and get out the right amount for tea.
Twice as convenient: tea cools and adds flavor.
