A son (deputy food blogger) was making pies with bulgur here, and I had a package of Mexican flatbreads.
He's a couple of cakes stole for his recipe, and so that the rest of the lads not dried up, I decided to cook a casserole with my favorite filling.
Moreover, the banana 🍌 alone is already very "tired"))
What you need:
* Mexican cakes (or pita bread)
* cottage cheese - 180-200 grams
* egg - 1 piece
* fermented baked milk / kefir / yogurt / acidophilus - 1/2 cup
* honey (or sugar) - to taste
* raisins - 50 grams
* nuts (any) - 50 grams (we had pumpkin nuts)

👩🍳 PREPARING 👩🍳
Banana knead with cottage cheese, add there honey (or sugar).
Separately preparing fill: mix fermented baked milk with egg and good whisk 👇👇👇
If you have cakes, then take them entirely. If Lavash, then cut on portioned sheets (about 20X20 cm)

We spread for cakes with curd-banana filling 👇👇👇
From above sprinkle raisins (or other dried fruits) and nuts 👇👇👇
We fold cakes in rolls and stack in a baking dish, greased with butter (you can vegetable, but you can also butter). By the way, son of me "hooked"on these disposable forms))
Fill filling (fermented baked milk with egg) and send in a well-preheated oven for 40-50 minutes 👇👇👇

I broke it and put it on top before pouring and baking) ☝☝☝
BAKING turns out tender, juicy and healthy, by the way!

☝☝☝ Watering sour cream on top (I had natural yogurt) and on the way - to a cup of tea) ☕
