By the way, my former colleagues know that I like to salt exactly this part of pork.
*** I used to buy at a discount, salt it per day, cut it thin, put it in the freezer, and in the morning for breakfast in the office (!!!) bacon.
I just wrote SMS to buy bread.

* brisket - I have 1 kg and 84 grams (by the way, 84 grams is the average daily allowance, so don't laugh)
* soy sauce - 250 ml
* garlic - 3-4 cloves

Then I added some pasta, tomato juice and stewed it. It was dinner. No photo, ate quickly π€¦ββοΈ
I poured two pieces of boneless brisket with soy sauce with garlic and sent them to the balcony overnight (it's still cool there) π
The next day, I put one part in the oven to bake π
The second part was cut into pieces π
And threw it back into the same pickle for another day π

After of this put both options in the freezer. In a couple - three hours THIS IS it was already like this π
Cold, with garlic, with onions, with mustard!
Wow, delicious! We ate with borscht. My son liked the baked one more, and I liked the salty one. The taste and color - no fat.
