I have always loved cabbage in all its forms: fresh, stewed, boiled in borscht. But I especially like pickled. In my childhood, cabbage was fermented in a 200 liter barrel (and we lived, by the way, not in a private house, but in an apartment).

Mom always strained the pickle from sauerkraut and rubbed it face. I am also on on a whim so doing.

Many confused pickle of sauerkraut with juice. Brine, of course, is also useful, but the concentration of nutrients in it is almost four times lower than in juice. Both the brine and the juice are good to use internally and to rub the skin. Brine is a liquid that has been drained from sauerkraut. And to get exactly the juice - you need a juicer.

The juice is useful for oral administration even with gastritis and ulcers (but not at the time of exacerbation). It is good to drink it for colds, anemia, avitominosis, liver diseases, respiratory organs, fractures, constipation and metabolic disorders in the body.

Sauerkraut juice is good for wiping your face and is also used in hair masks (mainly for those with oily hair).

I use the juice to wipe my face and make masks. The simplest mask is: cabbage juice (50 ml) + yolk + sour cream (20 ml).
