This mixture (or live porridge) improves the functioning of the stomach and intestines. Usually this is noticeable already in the first days of its use (with regular intake of this mixture for breakfast, the chair will be 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening, as expected). After a few days of using such a mixture, an unprecedented lightness should appear in the lower abdomen!

Ingredients:

1. Oatmeal - a third of a glass

2. Flax seed - 2 tablespoons

3. Sweet apple - 1 piece

4. Water - half a glass

5. Ground red pepper - a pinch (enhances the peristalsis of the intestinal walls, but it is possible without it)

Preparation

In the evening they soaked the flax seed and oatmeal in cold water, put it in the refrigerator.

In the morning, they immersed them in a blender container, added pieces of apple (without peel) and pepper, added a third of a glass of hot water.

Twisted for about 1.5 minutes and the oat-linen mixture is ready for use. Eaten instead of the usual "oatmeal" breakfast (with flax fiber and apple, oatmeal will not be a clogging product). Have a nice day, friends!
