I was cooking not so long ago Meatballs
☝ Then I used waffle cakes and minced meat (I have a recipe on my channel).
But I still have the cakes 🤷♀️ So, you need to put it into action! Today we bought sardine from KD again (I will try to review this inexpensive canned food too Today add). And I wanted something for evening tea))
What you need:
* wafer cakes - 2 pieces
* canned fish (we have Sardine in oil from the Every Day brand)
* egg - 1 piece
* sour cream - 1 tablespoon
* hard cheese - 50 grams
* greens (if any)
👇👇👇
Cooking. The cakes must be greased with grease (sorry for the tautology), so that later they become softer and they can be cut in portions. Grease do from one egg and one tablespoon of sour cream 👇
While the cakes are soaked, we make the filling.
For filling: knead canned food with juice, add cheese, grated on a coarse grater and chopped greens. Everything is good mix.
Five minutes after soaking the cakes, lay out filling for one waffle sheet 👇
Second sheet put from above, gently press and leave another five minutes. After that chop portioned: squares or triangles 👇
Sides of cuts dip in flour or bread crumbs 👇
Fry over medium (almost high) heat on both sides until golden brown 👇
Such waffles are very crispy (with fish and cheese filling inside) 👇👇👇
☝☝☝ Such waffles with adjika went well (we have our own) 🤤
But it seems to me that it would be nice with sour cream too.
🍴Enjoy your meal🤤🍴
