Be sure to try these cutlets - yummy, you will lick your fingers! When I first cooked them, we ate everything almost immediately, because it is impossible to tear ourselves away from them. You can call these cutlets zrazy, it doesn't matter, because it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients:

chicken fillet
eggs
roll (loaf)
milk
onion
mayonnaise
cheese
butter
greens
salt
spice

Chicken breast (1 large or 2 small) mince or grind with a blender. We also chop one onion. Add a piece of a loaf or a roll soaked in milk.

Drive in 1 egg, salt, pepper to taste, add a little chopped garlic if desired.

Let's prepare the filling for the cutlets. Mix 100 grams of grated cheese, 2-3 boiled eggs, grated, herbs to taste and 100 grams of softened butter. Salt a little to taste.

Making batter. Beat 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise with a fork. Then add 3-4 tablespoons of flour and stir until smooth.

We form patties. We take about 1 tablespoon of minced meat, make a depression and lay out the filling, then form the cutlet so that the filling is inside (like a zrazy). It is most convenient to make cutlets with wet hands - then the minced meat will not stick. Cutlets can be made in any shape: round, oval or triangular, as in the photo.

Dip cutlets in batter and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. The cutlets are soft, juicy and very tender. We serve them with any side dish. Bon appetit, friends!
